PART - I - CIVIL WORKS

Providing, fabricating and fixing in position Building/ road Name Board, Road signages, etc. using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sections as required for sign boards in stainless steel conforming to SS-304 grade of steel and Relevant schedule, as per pattern & design shown in drawing / directed by Arch., EIC at any locations in Anushaktinagar as required at all floors & levels including necessary S.S bend, tees,brackets, base/cover plate and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc welding/nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs/anchor fasteners ,making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastages etc. as per specifications drawings,including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2mm thick panels of required size including welding to back frame as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supporting structure including vertical post, frame for panel/sheet etc. using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sections as required as per approved Arch./ structural drw. As directed by EIC

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick SS sheet ( to be paid in relevant item), face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver,Green white or other colour combination and texture/ pattern including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 mounted on vertical post in english/ Hindi language, sign boards like Speedbrakers, building names with direction, Arrow for direction, U turn, No Entry, Parking, school area etc. in line level all as directed by E I C ( Note: Only area of board shall be measured for payment .)

Providing and fixing 304 grade Stainless steel letter with lacquer finish in Hindi and English including marking, cutting, making to required size and shape of approx. width upto 345mm , height upto 360mm and depth 30mm with silver plating at all levels and locations etc. complete at all levels As per Arch. and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Earth work excavation over areas in all soil by mechanical means / manual means upto 1.50m deep to required profile, level, grade, camber, dressing the sides, back filling, compacting in layers not exceedoing 150mm thick, ramming and preparing the bed for foundation including dewatering , shoring etc if required,disposing the surplus excavated materials at identified place within colony etc. complete all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

From 0.00 to 1.50 m depth from Average Ground level.

Providing and Laying of Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max size including consolidation, /compaction by needle vibrator finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. Complete all as directed by the EIC.-

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flex rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @ 0.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.

a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces/ RRM walls

Brickwork 230 mm thick using bricks as specified with cement mortar 1:4 for raising /lowering the top level with mathing the existing road top level including curing, raking out joints pointing below ground level etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build well' Ready mix plaster of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ Readymade Polymerised Drymix plaster -Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383(latest revision) suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Removing and taking away the existing damaged sign board structures including gas cutting and dismantling existing foundation, disposing the unservicable material to the dumping pit, making the area neat and clean etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.
