Scaryfying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposed of scarified materials within all lifts lead up to 1000meters etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m girth outside the periphery of the area etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation and ramming complete with all leads and lifts including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per specificationa nd direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing laying spreding & compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macacam specificationincluding pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, layng in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve th desired compaction as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 of MORD forlow porosity surface and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binde rof 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostic paver finisher with sensor crontrol to the requried grade level and alignment and rollling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as epr clause 504 of MOSRT &H specificationf or road and bridge work (4th revisione tc complete asper direction of the Engineer in chage.

Providing and layign semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of apecified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostic pave finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and aligjment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H specificationf or road and bridge works (4th revision) etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
