M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces power or by hand picking to a depth exc 50mm and n exc 100mm and area not exc 400 Sqm in one stretch including racking over and grading the broken up surfaces to the proper camber etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), in single layer of 75mm thick using granite, trap or basalt stone aggregate, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed stone aggregete of specified grading premixed with bitumen VG-30 grade as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix transporting the hot mix and filler to work site, spreading and laying with a hydrostatic mechanical paver and roller to required camber/ gradient rolled and compacted to smooth uniform surface with vibratory and tandem 8 to 10 ton power roller to achieve desired compaction (consolidated thickness 75mm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat paving bitumen VG-10 grade with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on black top road surface and applying 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to Government. (iii) Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand/crused stone dust filling under interlocking paver block as in sand cussion bed including leveling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick M-40 grade factory made rubber moulded factory made vibratory compected coloured cement concrete interlocking paver block pre-polished in approved design and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in kerb or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road studs (cat eye) solar reflective type of aluminium alloy die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength having 10 Tons Load bearing capacity and fitted with highly reflective reflactors and 2 NOs of 43 beads each side of red/ amber colours of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm as approved fixed with epoxy as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for reflector type solar CAT EYE with 3 LEDs of red/yellow colour on each side (total 06 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size/dimension 125mmx125mmx20mm, with built in system of suitable length with LEDs ,solar sells,battery and light senseor duly covered with tough unbreakable poly corbonate transparent sheet on top ,equipped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge of 8-10 hours , fixed on road surface by cutting holes and grouting with epoxy and/on MS stud(as per manufacturer instrctions) in the pattern and the location complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly power coated and thermoplastic elastomr 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector redium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mmx150mmx300mm) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning dirt, oil/ grease spots and foreign materials etc, from road surface and applying 2.5mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved, having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P, including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer, making proper arragement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger Paints. NOTE: Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeneously composed of pigment, resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as per MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS.
