Complete removal of existing Roof treatment in any layers and disposal of debris to distance exc 250 metre and not exc 500 metre out of school premises and MoD land complete all as specified. Note: i) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type old water proofing treatment over to Main RCC slab. Bidders is advised to visit the site and ensure before quoting rates. ii) All the dismantled debris are required to be removed from school premises right after demolition so that working of School Should not get obstructed. iii) Demolition of PCC if any shall be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in any postion n exc 150 mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 (Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (40mm thick avg) as in levelling course to match the undulations of roof and in coving, roof kerbs including benching etc including necessary formwork and finished rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions over RCC roof slab and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only'.)

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on of fair faces of brick masonry or on concrete surfaces with water proofing compound finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified including taking down plaster.

Supply only of liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated membrane with and including non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gsm (min) impregnated and coated on both sides with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces over and including 0.3 litres / Sqm bituminous primer confrming to IS-3384 and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres / Sqm each layer complete as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed . The weight of APP membrane shall not be less than 3.0 Kg / Sqm and laid over and including primed surface by using LPG/Butane torch and apply uniform pressure with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100 mm on sides and 150mm on end laps and complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approval by GE. (ii) Contractor has to submit guarantee of treatment for 10 Years. (iii) Rates are inclusive of cleaning the surface by roughening, sweeping clean and washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3 kgs/sqm Complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for plain Cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing liquid for receiving cement tiles (WPC Shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only') including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out to V section in existing roofs or terracing clearing of cracks, vetting grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 using WPC (WPC shall be measured separately as 'Supply only') Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tank of exc 500 ltrs and n exc 1000 ltrs capacity and Supply and fix of 500 litres rotational moulded polythelene water storage tank, ISI marked, (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, removing scale and dirt and writing date of cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required incl reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and as directed

Refixing old steel tubing 15mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing tubes 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceililng or on floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old serviceable UPVC pipes of dia upto 50mm and connections in new or old position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 precast cement concrete block of type C-1 with 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair ball brass valves high pressure, with polythene float and flynut screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed of 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair gun metal gate valve in repairs with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fillet of 75mm size using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate at the junction of all horizontal and vertical surfaces including finishing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes in repairs single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bend with access door in repairs complete all as specified and directed.
