Dismantling of unserviceable broken LT steel pole/Strut any size including demolition of foundation as required and making good disturbed surface complete all as directed. (Note : Earth work wherever invloved shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including providing one coat of aluminium paint over coat of red oxide zinc crome primer and providing 03 Nos of band/ strap with paint black/ yellow colour, 300mm apart from plinth block and numbering of pole and one coat of black bitumenous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to embedded portion of pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint and including dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade and including taking down insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shackle type porcelain, insulator vitreous, white, brown or green, including galvanised mild steel, straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 75 mm height and 90 mm dia, size of strap 31 mm x 3 mm and dia of bolt 12 mm suitable for 1100 volts and including taking down insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part I dia of stay rod 16mm with and including 7 / 3.15 mm galvanised stay strand complete including taking down/dismantling existing one all as specified and directed. (Note : Loop insulator, excavation & earthwork and cement concrete measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.)

Materials and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 25 x 20 cm size including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvanised steel earth wire 4 mm dia as continuous earth wire, guards and cradles (hexagonal/rectangular) and including GI binding wire 1.6mm dia and including dismantling of old unserviceael ones, suitable for LT/HT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisoning of cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core, fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 100 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface above the planting depth/PCC coping of steel tubular LT pole upto 9.00 metre long including MS clamps, cable protection pipe, bracket fitted with street light fittings etc by scraping with steel wire brush and applying one coat of aluminium paint to external surface of poles, MS cross arms, MS clamp, cable protection pipe etc to give even shade including 5 Nos strips painting of 300mm high each around the pole with two different colour (black/yellow) of synthetic enamel paint and numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 1100 Volts for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of worker, black or blue colour Class A of sizes 2m x 1m and including taking down old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and directed

Re-straining and tightening of existing serviceable ACSR conductor of any size without taking down including all arangement and including binding wire 2 mm dia and colour sleeve Jumpers complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Safety equipments, ladder, T&P etc charges deemed to be included in quoted rates (ii) Before commencement of work, contractor has to obtain necessary electric shut down from concerned MES JE(E/M)/Engr-in-Charge. In case of any casulity occurs, contractor will be fully responsible for the same.

Trimming of tree branches around the overhead conductor, poles & stays (not less than 3 metre) to clear the approach of overhead lines including removing of nest, wild grass creepers, unwanted vegetation, etc from pole/stay including cleaning of creepers climbed on poles and angles, channels and disposed off from site beyond 50m and upto a total distance of 250m complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
