Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered / unplastered) of walls / pillars / cornices by removing / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions /nail holes / light cracks etc., and to make surface even and smooth, upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of cement base paint with paint brush or roller brush, as per existing or as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered / unplastered surfaces smooth and to make good depression by applying average 3mm thick layer (1.5mm thick in each in two layer application) of white cement based putty (wall care putty make Birla, JK or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-charge) and sanding the surfaces, to make the surface even and smooth upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge to receive surface finish of any type of treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted (plastered / unplastered / concrete) surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean as required, upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint, interior emulsion incl one coat of birla care putty (finishing smooth and glossy upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge) as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement plaster including racking out joint hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc., on wall/ ceiling surfaces and removing the debris from the defence premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick / concrete surfaces with CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surfaces with CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.
