SPECIAL REPAIR TO FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM OF MD ACCN NO. P-18, P-19, P-104, P-103 P-94 AT AHRR UNDER GE EM RR HOSPITAL DELHI CANTT-10

Excavation in trenches in any kind of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of pipes in trenches and getting out, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, after laying of pipeline complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for road cutting of average size 0.40m x 0.60 m for laying of any type of pipe, incl excavation, returning filling in, spreading, levelling well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix capeting 25mm thick using ready mix patch repair work and make good complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, in replacement, of oblique type hydrant valve made of stainless steel, ISI marked, 75mm NB flange inlet, single way outlet type with hose coupling adaptor of 63 mm size, instantaneous spring lock arrangement and blank cap with chain, conforming to IS 5290, type 'A', suitable for hydraulic pressure of 21 kgf/cm2 incl pipe line of existing size / type incl welding, cutting, threading, screwing, making all connection for smooth functioning complete all as directed.

Supply, installation & testing and commissioning in replacement of yard hydrant valve made of stainless steel, ISI marked, 75mm NB flange inlet, single way outlet type with hose coupling adaptor of 63 mm size, instantaneous spring lock arrangement and blank cap with chain, conforming to IS 5290, type 'A', suitable for hydraulic pressure of 21 kgf/cm2 incl MS pipe line of size 80 mm upto 1.5 mtr height incl MS flanged both ends making all connection for smooth functioning complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of hose box made of 18 gauge MS sheet 800mmx600mmx250mm with double door locking arrangement in front with 4mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red outside and brilliant white inside making good surface and making arrangement for 2 hose pipe inside the box incl 65 mm pad lock complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of Reinforced rubber lined fire hose pipe as per IS 636, type 'A', ISI marked, 63 mm nominal internal dia, 15 M long each, duly fitted with stainless steel coupling of 63 mm size, ISI marked with multi serrated tail and double instantaneous spring lock arrangement comprising of male half at one end and female half at other end complete with rubber cup washer and conforming to IS 903, suitable for hydraulic pressure of 21 kgf/cm2, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of short branch pipe nozzle, made of gun metal, ISI marked, instantaneous pattern type to suit fire hose delivery coupling of 63 mm size complete with stainless steel nozzle of 15 mm nominal size conforming to IS 903, suitable for hydraulic pressure of 21 kgf/cm2, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of first aid hose reel with drum of 20 mm dia and 30 mtr length including branch nozzle conforming to IS-884 complete all as directed.
