Material & Labour for RCC M30 grade concrete (Design Mix -using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for RCC M30 grade concrete (Design Mix -using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides & soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for internal rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 using water proofing compound 2% by wt of cement on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for external rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound 2% by wt of cement over 10mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium works as in Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces & applying a two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plates (plain or chequered) conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality –A, channels, squared cut or notched (ordinary or countersunk), forming holes, without any attachments welded to frame/truss complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Water bar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 150mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 100mm thick Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, pavings, laid in panels and finishing fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles, with grey cement and pigment 30cm x30cm x20mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurrry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in Cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
