Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter(s) (without taking off shutters from the frame), including removing to store, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each with shutter(s) (without taking off shutters from the frame), including removing to store, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made pressed steel frames of profile width 125 mm x 60 mm, fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, for doors with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, 04 Nos of hinges 100 mm size medium weight, lock strike plate etc., & one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made pressed steel frames of profile width 105 mm x 60 mm, fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, for doors with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, 04 Nos of hinges 100 mm size medium weight, lock strike plate etc., & one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made Flush shutters, 35 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on one side and other face covered with decorative face veneer of thickness 1.5 mm with lipping/ frame to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters, 35 mm thick, second class hardwood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed Stainless steel screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ Stainless steel dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Material test certificate & authenticity certificate shall be produced by contractor while claiming payment.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of 30 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Note: Material test certificate & authenticity certificate shall be produced by contractor while claiming payment.

M&L 2nd class hardwood as in plain, solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plywood (soild), 18/19 mm thick, BWR grade, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work including PVC self adhesive tape as beading in cub board shelves/ cabinet works complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
