Paving the floor with Designed Colour double charged Vitrified tiles of size 60 x 60 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The basic cost of tiles should not be less than Rs.80/-- Sq.ft)

Supplying and paving the floor with design mat finished anti-skid ceramic tiles of approved brand and quality of size 300 X 300 X 6mm in all floors over a base mortar using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick laid in situ true to alignment and pointed with colour cement (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) to suit the colour and shade of the ceramic tiles used neatly and fixed in position without any air gap in between the ceramic tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with best quality white / colour glazed tiles of approved design, colour of size 30 cm X 45 cms over the base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick and set in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two P.sand) and pointed with colour cement and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers., etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Removing the damaged E.W.C,, I.W.C., and wash basin and clearing away the debris from the site with initial lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and fixing in position by means of 75 mm long and 65 mm dia counter sunk bolt and nuts embedded in the floor with rubber or fiber washer white glazed European Water Closet white colour with 100 mm "P" trap with double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with C.P. brass hinges including supply and fixing 12.50 liters capacity PVC low level flushing tank, etc., complete with all fittings such as 15 mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by means of 40 mm white PVC flush hand using Indian adopter joint including all internal fittings such as 15 mm brass connections, 15 mm C.P. (The water closet should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

A precast cover slab of 75mm thick shall be provided for the chamber. The rate includes necessary earth work excavation to the required depth, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement five M.sand and ten aggregate) 75mm thick etc., complete with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c., 60 x 60 x 90 cm (Inner dimension)

Supplying and fixing in position 150 x 100mm “P” or “S” stoneware gully trap “A” grade with CI double gratings of size 150 x 150mm and 230 x 230mm at bottom and taop respectively with necessary earth work excavation laid over a bead of brick jelly cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement, three M.sand and six broken brick jelly) 150mm thick using 40mm size broken brick jelly including necessary brick work and plastering including dismantling masonry wherever necessary and re-doing the damaged portions to the original conditions using cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm stone jelly for fixing the gully trap and giving connections to stoneware sewer line etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Painting old wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

Supplying and fixing of partition with new one of aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish 1/3 glazed, 2/3 prelaminated particle board partition with alu. Box section No.20062, 20063 of size 63.50mm x 38.10mm x 1.28mm, 1.41mm @ 0.818kg/m, horizontal members are spacedat 90cm c/c and to vertical members are spaced at 1.20m, 2.10m and 2.80m height from floor level, panels should be covered with 12mm thick prelaminated exterior grade at 2/3 portion of partition and 5mm thick, plain glass covered at 1/3 portion of the partition with necessary aluminim clips of size 19mm x 17.30mm x 0.90mm at 0.124 kg/m, and L angles etc, the aluminium surface is to be anodized withmatt finish under electrically controlled condition inaccordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness and cost of materials conveyance scaffolding if any required etc and necesarydismantling making holes in RCC brick masonry wherever necessry with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition as direced by the departmental officers.
