Providing, installation, testing and successful commissioning of double flanged slanted seat swing type 200 mm ND, Non-Return Valve confirming to IS 5312 (part 1) 2004 standard of dimensions, material of construction and constructional features in rising main. The NRV is to be metal-metal seated type arrangement with proven performance, rigid and study design with minimum loss of head across the valve. The valve shall be with perfect interchange ability of components, assured parallelism between side flanges, long service life and leak tightness of high order. The valve shall have following specifications: - Nominal Diameter :200mm Pressure rating: PN16. MOC of body/cover: Ductile iron to EN-JS1030/1050 (GGG40/50). Cover screws n nuts: Stainless steel (A2) Surface protection: Epoxy powder coating, min 250 microns. Plug: Brass Moc of Disc: Ductile iron to EN-JS1030/1050 (GGG40/50) fully coated with EPDM rubber(W270). Test certificate of manufacturer and material of construction certificate is Mandatory.
Providing, fitting, testing and successful commissioning of double flanged, hand wheel operated, resilient seated vacuum tight butterfly valve for bidirectional flow. The gear box shall be with self-locking, fully enclosed, maintenance free lubricated for life, worm gear including mechanical position indicator. Nominal Diameter :200mm Pressure rating: PN16. MOC of body: Ductile iron to EN-JS1030/1050 (GGG40/50). Cover screws n nuts: Stainless steel (A2) Surface protection: Epoxy powder coating, min 250 microns. Plug: Brass Moc of Disc, retaining ring: Ductile iron to EN-JS1030/1050 (GGG40/50). Shaft: Stainless steel 420 Shaft bearing bushes: Bronze Disc sealing & o rings: EPDM Rubber Test certificate of manufacturer and material of construction certificate is Mandatory.
The modification in the delivery mains by cutting the 200 mm ND MS pipe and providing, welding the compatible M.S 16/18mm thick flanges for the installation of the NRV and butterfly valve.
Providing and fitting of required size M.S nuts and bolts for the above-mentioned job and for replacement of other worn-out nuts and bolts of the lift station.
