PROVN OF HIGH MAST SECUTITY LIGHTS FOR AREA ILLUMINATION AND ALLIED WORKS AT JUTOGH CANTT UNDER GE (I) JUTOGH

Design, Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 16 meter in two section, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 360 mm, High mast made from H.T. steel of grade BSEN10025, S355 designed to withstand wind speed 50m/s as per IS : 875 (Part 3) suitable for 8 to 12 lantern (LED Flood lights) It should also include accessories for high mast light including head frame symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having 2/3 point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 gauge mm (Grade AISI 316) and double drum winch with luminaries mounting arm suitable for 12 luminaries , pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike, trailing cable -1 per mast (5 core 2.5 sqmm), motor, anchor plate & template foundation nut, bolts, etc. providing power cable from high mast to panel, crane for installation of high mast, unloading of materials including RCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Design, supply and casting of suitable RCC foundation with M-25 concrete for the High Mast considering safe soil bearing capacity as 8-10 Tonne/Sq mtr at 2 meter depth. & foundation bolt manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. required for installation high galvanized mast light shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The cost of lantern carriage assembly and all other standard accessories mentioned above shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for this item. (iii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of above provisions as listed above including earth work, foundation, necessary 3 core 2.5sqmm copper cable for luminaries connection from junction box and from feeder pillar box to winch motor, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike etc. complete and no extra payment will be made for completion of the job. (iv) Flood light shall be measured and paid separately under respective item catered here-in-after. Make: Surya/ Crompton/ Skylad/ Bajaj or equivalent in as approved.

S&F LED flood light 200/210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/ erection of poles, stays, trench etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing or laying HDPE (DWC) tubing 50 mm dia as per IS:16205 part 24 fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site including clamps to hold pipe at position complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items and accessories, bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps for wall fixing as per site requirement etc are incl in quoted rates.

S&F in repair for GI pipe light grade of size 50mm dia laying in trenches/ under floor/on walls for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed

Supply, Installation and Fixing High mast Panel shall be OEM made out of Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of ASTA CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panels builder shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. Submit The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only.

Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degrees Centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 (flame retardant and self-extinguishing). Make: - Hensel/ Rittal/ Emitter/ Schneider a) 63 Amp, 4 pole MCB, 10 KA C Curve - 01 No (Incommer) b) Set of LED type indicating lamps - 01 No c) 3HP DOL starter/ 2Nos suitable Contactors with Push Buttons for operating raising -lowering circuit and complete all accessories. d) Providing a Push Button Station with 3 meter wire for operation to raising - Lower operation. e) All day astronomical programmable time switch along with Contactor 32 Amp, Astronomical timer, terminal blocks, maximum load 6KW for switching on and off to high mast light during night time with one No. toggle switch as a option for by passing the timer. Note :- PCC foundation work & angle frame, nut bolts etc for floor mounting deemed to be included in unit rate.

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 20x3 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board/ machinery/ earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200x150x15 mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and Paid separately.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20x3mm copper strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. including protection GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and keeping in safe custody for relaying, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick layer of fine sand Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for laying of machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete/ bitumen road (un-reinforced) of any description/type with the help of demolition hammer/ hilty for precise removal of concrete in ground floors and paving's n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris upto 50 mtr where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in mass concrete, foundation filling, pathway etc., Including necessary earth work and hard core upto 100 mm leveled in layers complete all as specified and directed . .
