Supply of conductor having nominal size- 100 sq. mm Aluminium alloy stranded conductor and aluminium - magnesium - silicon type(AAAC) for over head transmission purpose conforming to IS:398 Part IV/1994 with amendment no. 1, (Reaffirmed 2004). ISI Marked. Packing on drum conforming to IS:1778/80.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required.(26265 X 0.273 Kg/mtr =7170.35Kg)

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height , complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying of 50 mm X 8 mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11/22/33 KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat, iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV composite polymer disc insulator for 11 KV, 45KN over head lines with complete hardware fitting as clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of composite polymer 11 KV grade , 5 KN pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galavanised) with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 metres long stay rod,anchor plate of size 45 cm x45 cm x 7.5 mm,thimble ,stay clamps,turn buckle (20 cm x60 cm),7/4.00 mm dia G.I stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and erection of 11 KV grade 400Amp double break horizontal type GOAB switch (Fix & moving contact copper suitable for 400amps) on the double pole cross arm.

Supplying and erection of three piece non linear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply of G. I. Wire, SWG-8 (29.25*3=87.75 kg)

Weaving of cradle guard as required.

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply of M.S. Bolt & nut size 5/8" X 3"

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.-Two or more coats on new work.

Supply and installation of Danger board(warning board) with radium sticker on APC board as per IS:2551-1982(Technical Specification enclosed). Size- 1 ft x 1.5 ft. Language to be decided by Engineer--Incharge.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. (i) Conductor - 38 span( dog) x 50 mtr. x 3 nos. wire = 5700 mtr = 5700 mtr x 0.342 kg/m = 1949.4 kg (ii)Conductor - 11 span( rabbit) x 50 mtr. x 3 nos. wire = 1650 mtr = 1650 mtr x 0.149 kg/m = 245.85 kg (iii)Polymer Disc Insulator- 84 nos. x1 kg=84 kg (iv) Polymer Pin Insulator-105 nos x 1.2 kg= 126 Kg (v) Bracket - 62 nos.x 13.28 kg = 823.26 kg (vi) Pole Top- 62 nos. x 1.65 kg =102.3 kg (vii) Cradle Guard - 2 nos. x 62.53 kg= 125.06 kg

Dismantling of Cement concrete foundation etc during dismantling of stay set (0.28 cu. Mtr per stay set x 22 nos. Of stay set=6.16 cu.mtr)

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
