Taking down old unserviceable HT pole 11 metre long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable cross arm bracing including GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT Pin / shackle insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor LT / HT complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for taking out/laying of HT under ground cable / HT pole and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for taking out/ laying of HT under ground cable / HT pole and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for taking out/laying of HT under ground cable / HT pole and getting out in soft / Disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to pole or burried in ground or at any other situation for loop earthing GI strip 32mm x 6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade, ISI marked galvanised including short lengths, laid in trenches, fixed on walls, ceilings and poles or laid in floors, complete with all fittings for drawing of cables, 100 mm dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Non linear resistor type surge arrester( lightening arrestors) confirming to IS 3070 (Part 1) having voltage rating 18 KV, rated frequency-50 HZ, Expulsion type, Nominal discharge current 65 KA (Heavy duty) complete with all fittings , suitable for 22 KV, 3-Phase, earthed distribution system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing switch air break gang operated polymer based triple pole, mechanically operated from ground level, mounted on insulators and steel frame (9 insulator type) outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS Channel, HT post top insulator with drop out fuses operationg rod 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade confirming to relevant IS, current rating 200 Amp and voltage 22 KV including jumpering, lead of wire/ cable as directed at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix HT 22 KV drop out fuse double stack channel type suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 06 Nos polymer insulators and with earth switch upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply, install and erect in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut) pole steel tubular poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screws, pole made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part II, type 410-SP-55 (11.0metre long) HT poles including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arm, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for porton embeded in concrete, painting three black / red bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No with black paint at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 22000 volts grade, 3 core 95 Sq mm HT XLPE shielded core type wrapped with galvanised steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV 3 Phase AC, 50Hz, ISI marked, laid in trenches / passing through pipe / duct / road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Gloster / KEI/ Havells Note: Earthwork and cable covers will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix cable route indicators made of 3mm thick MS plate and 100mm dia fixed on MS angle 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with a height of 60 cm above ground level and burried in ground grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 200mm x 200mm x 300mm at a common interval of 100metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix outdoor type end termination joint, heat shrinkable type, for under ground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable XLPE, 3 core, 95 sqmm, 22 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: M seal / Denson / Capseal.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32mm × 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion at any type of soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge . Note : Contractor is advised to visit the site and ascertain the local site soil condition. The rate of excavation up to specified depth is considered in the estimate inclduing any type of soil condition.

Supply and fix Anti climbing devices, comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5metre to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 20cm x 20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting of roads/ plinth for removal/ laying of pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for making good road/ foot path/ hard standing/ drain/ bldg plinth protection or for coping of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of stays and poles, copping of poles etc complete including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bottom of pit for bed concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface excavation in hard/dense soil complete all specified and directed not exceeding 30 cm in depth and averaging 75 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.
