Supply of saplings, bamboos and grasses: Supply of 60000 numbers of saplings, bamboos and grasses at Bhatti plantation site under South Forest Division. Name & quantity of species list enclosed Annexure-A

CREATION WORK: (a) Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 15 cm measured at a height of 30 cm above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared; (b) Digging pits of size 60 cm diameter and 60 cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% :1 parts of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (Cost of manure or extra good earth is needed to be paid for separately). (c) Makin of water channels/kiaries for flooding water. (d) Supply and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to 5 kms lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment) 0.01415 cubic meter per plant X 60000 plants = 849 cubic meters; (e) Filling mixture of earth and manure in the desired proportion in pits, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying manure and mixing included) 0.01415 cubic meter per plant X 60000 plants = 849 cubic meters; (f) Plantation of trees, shrubs and hedge at the site including watering and removal of unserviceable materials as per direction of Officer in charge (excluding cost of plant and water) (g) Providing and watering of plants with Sewage Treated (STP) water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc, at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 liter capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge After plantation, watering around each plant with 06 Liters of water per plant (including cost of water tanker and manpower) (h) After complete creation of 60000 numbers of saplings, bamboos, and grasses, contractor shall be fixing chain link wire fencing around the plantation as per direction of DCF (South) under supervision concerned Forest Guard, DRO & RO.

Maintenance Work : Maintenance of 60000 numbers of saplings, bamboos and grasses for the duration of 01 year at various Khasra numbers in Bhatti under South Forest Division including watering of plants (06 liters of water per plant per watering with Sewage Treated (STP) water (through water tanker), cleaning, soil work with hoes & khurpis, weeding, light pruning, watch & ward 24 hours, creation of fencing & fire line as per site requirement, spreading cow dung manure, removal of rubbish from whole plantation area of plantation site, area casualty replacement. Insecticides, Pesticides, Fungicides, anti-termite treatment etc. would be required to be applied as and when required or as per instructions of DRO/Range In-charge / concerned Range. PVC pipe, generator, tools, would be required to be applied/utilized by the contractor for watering the plants with STP water: Installation of boards at each plantation site specification all details of plantation site: Year of creation – Area – Species planted – Map etc. Fixing/installation of chain link fencing. Fencing to be provided by the Deptt.
