Rewinding of 582 KW, marathon make Motor, RPM 1481 fr DCV400U Sr. No. U320054/1 at Assonora Water Treatment Plant

Rewinding of 3.3 KV, 582 KW, 4 pole required cage induction motor of make Marathon electric including disconnection of cables, dismantling of the motor from the foundation base from the decoupling transportation of the motor to the workshop of the agency. Dismantling of the motor, removing of dust from the tubes and winding complete. Removal of old coils from stator making new set of coils as per the original design, carrying out re-lamination work, replacement of insulation with new set of insulation, removal of all defective bars from the rotor and replace with new sets of electrolytic copper bars, re-brazing, checking and rectification of any other defects of the rotor, supply and replacement of driving & non - driving ends, reassembling of stator and rotor, drying, varnishing, baking in oven and carrying out necessary routine test, painting etc. Also included is to & fro transportation, alignment with the pump needful commissioning complete.
