Excavation for Roadway (By Mechanical Means) : Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means with dozer including cutting and pushing earth to embankment site with all lead and lifts up to 100m including trimming bottom and side slopes as per technical clause 301 of MORT&H specifications.

Carriage of Earth, Surkhi, Sand, Earth, Fly Ash, Bajri, Ballast, Stone Boulders, Kankar and Building Rubbish, Earth from lead up to 3KM

Compaction of earth work and preparation of subgrade including loosening, leveling of earth 225mm thick top layer rough dressing soil, final dressing of soil at ground level, camber, watering, rolling with road roller, compacting the bed to achieve min. dry density as given in table 300.2 as per technical clause 305 of Mortar.

Plain Cement Concrete Pavement construction of unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement in M-30 mix design over a prepared sub base with OPC 43 grade conforming to IS:383 mixed with concrete mixer using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791,laid in position, compacted with needle vibrator,screed vibrator and plate vibrator, dewatering of free water with vaccum pump, finishing the surface with power floater, finishing to required lines and grades as per drawings and technical clause 1501 of MOR&TH specifications

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering).

Wet Mix Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paving blocks of M40 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63-2014 and of approved size and design/shape laid in ordinary grey colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer -in-charge.
