Lifting of the bridge with the help of mechanical jacks with proper support and holding the bridge with statically balanced support this include the loading, unloading cost of packing and hiring of lifting arrangement to carry out the work, material, wooden square, T&P etc. (also making strong thrust support by welding process with deploying technical staff / labour, T&P tool & tackles to complete the work as per site requirement.

Making a temporary platform along the turn table to use as a working platform around the drum so that easily movement of working staff should move around the turn table. 25 Days @ 4000/-Per day.

Making an arrangement for removing of drive system of turn table like top bearing block, bearing block shaft, bevel pinion also from the top of turn table (centre mechanism) & taking out this item with chain block arrangement to outside of drum at bottom of clarifier & put on safer side of clarifier.

Cutting of all tensile nut bolt of centre cage of flocculator drum. But gas cutter almost 16 nos. tensile bolt & removing of by hammering etc. as required to free hole of both turn table as well as centre cage. & top big worn gear to be lift by overhead two leg lifting arrangement & lifting from the centre mechanism (turn table) & lifting with carefully in parallel way to make free from all side and with help of second chain block arrangement to keep big worn part of centre mechanism slowly-slowly with carefully to outside of drum by mean of chain block system to outside and taking it to bottom of clarifier floor with proper care.

Cutting of tensile bolt of almost 16 nos. with drum which is moving with main bridge with gas cutter. And same 16 nos. bolt should be remove by hammering & other mechanical arrangements so that the hole should be free from both item and lifting it with proper chain block two leg type with carefully so that it move upwards side and upto free from turn table parts. This known as middle part of turn table & with second chain block it level to outside of drum with chain block arrangement & making down upto clarifier floor level.

The foundation bolt of bottom part with the RCC block the removing of nut of all foundation bolt removing carefully so that the bottom part should free from foundation bolt & same is lifting with carefully upto the level which can easily remove with other chain block system to outside of drum etc. as required. All above parts should be kept in store as per instruction of engineer-in-charge may be JE(E&M) or AE(E&M) with the help of moving crane of all part kept outside of clarifier.

Cleaning of all CC structure with proper cotton waste & diesel with proper cleaning of complete surface free from all oil & dust etc. as required.

Opening of wooden box which is kept in deptt. side (store) open & similarly open & found all parts OK in proper condition. All parts lift one by one in proper position & lift with hydra & one by one all parts should be down in clarifier floor area. And same put of each part of centre mechanism slowly-slowly all parts should be transfer to centre of clarifier by manual heavy labour arrangement.

First bottom part of new centre mechanism lift with chain block arrangement from bottom floor area of clarifier upto the top of clarifier & same is fixed on foundation bolt making proper level with RCC so that bottom part should be checked properly level with all respect. And tightening of all nut to existing bolt with proper tightening of each nut.

Fixing of new bronze liner in bottom part with taper pin etc. as required one by one. These are in six nos. parts of one bronze liner with proper dowel pin & making oiling of bottom part in proper way & closed out drum part with plug etc. as required.

Same way second part also lift with proper chain block & put in centre of centre mechanism with proper alignment with bottom bronze liner etc. as required. The bronze liner liner of second part is to be fixed with proper dowel pin etc. as kept level etc. as required. The 8 nos. tensile bolt of middle part tight in centre drum to kept proper alignment etc. as required of each bolt with nut.

The top part of centre mechanism is to lift with chain block from bottom floor area to top with help of chain block system as previous system kept of second put of centre mechanism with same alignment etc. as required & tightening of tensile bolt with centre cage with proper alignment etc. as required by tightening with proper balance of all parts.

Fixing of oil in the centre mechanism with proper plug of drain & put oil in proper plug etc. as required & same way the cover of turn table kept on top part etc. as required with nut bolt etc.

Finally the drive shaft & bevel gear with bearing block etc. as required to lift with chain block & set on turn table with proper system etc. as required.

Test & Trial of Clarifier No. 03 for 3 to 4 days.
