Daily operation and guarding of pumping machinery installed at barge, 11/0.433 KV, 2 x 500 KVA indoor type Sub-Stations & equipments including Battery Charger, Battery Bank, HT 3 Panels VCB, ACB's, PF Correction Device, LT MCC / Panel, LT control / distribution panel, DG set alongwith electrical gadgets, internal electrification arrangement, compound lighting, barge etc. round the clock including supply of lubricants & sundry materials by engaging skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers round the clock including up-keepment of entire installation and sweeping charges at Intake Pumping Station as per direction of the EIC for 365 days. Major Electro Mechanical machineries at the installation:- a) Centrifugal pump motor set - 132KW X 4 nos. (2W + 2S) b) 500 KVA Transformer (11 KV/0.415KV) - 2nos. (1W +1S) with allied equipments. c) External and Internal lighting arrangement d) 10 KVA DG Set

Routine and periodical inspection by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisor Certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity, Govt of West Bengal or under any other State, Govt of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book ( with date & time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in respective Station. The Supervisor required to have thorough / in depth inspection of all the Electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipments i.e. for Pumps, Motors, valves with Actuators, Flow/ Level/ Pressure instruments, Gauges, Lightings, hoisting arrangements, Exhaust Fans & LT Panel Boards, Cable, Capacitor, Transformers, earthing system in compliance to the guide line as mentioned in the NIT. The periodical chart in tabular format as per direction of the EIC and in compliance to the specification enclosed herewith for the check points scheduled should be furnished to the Department through out the entire period of 12 months.

Cleaning of contacts twice in a month in the LT Panel Board, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils once in a month in presence of Electrical Supervisor / Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date including supply of cotton waste, broom, torch, detergents, liquid sopas, gloves, apron, tools, tackles, terminals, sockets, fuses, indicating lamps etc. as & when required through out the entire period of 12 months.

Sevicing, testing and calibration complete with submission of report (specify of set point) in compliance with the guide line as per specification for the ACBs, VCB, Earthing Arrangement System including testing of transformer oil, CTs, PTs, Relays, ammeters, voltmeters, replacement of silica get etc. and checking of insulation once in half yearly (Twice in a year)

Consumption of diesel for 10 KVA capacity DG set @ 3.2 ltr./hr. including all carriage & storage for 365 days X 2hr. run/day [Measurement must be as per actual running Hr/log book.]

Consumption of Mobil oil including all carriage & storage for the 10KVA DG set for 365 days x 2hrs. run/day. [Measurement must be as per actual running Hr/log book.]
