INTAKE Operation and guarding of 6(Six)nos (4W+2S) vertical turbine pumping machineris each having motor capacity of 75 KW including , L.T. PDB panel cum MCC panels individual Soft starter panels,electrical gadgets, actuator operated butterfly valves, flow meters, level indicators etc installed at intake pumping station and internal & external illumination complete with all other electrical accessories and ancilliaries for round the clock supply of water by engaging 2(Two) nos skilled, semiskilled and unskilled personnel as per direction of E.I.C

CLEAR WATER Operation and guarding of 5nos(3W+2S) HSC pumping machinery each having motor capacity of 670 KW (H.T) including others pumps, H.T. PDB panel cum MCC panels individual motor controll starter panels, electrical gadgets, All valves, flow meters, level indicators etc and 40KVA D.G set installed at clear water pumping station and internal & external illumination complete with all other electrical accessories and ancilliaries for round the clock supply of water by engaging 3(Three) nos skilled, semiskilled and unskilled personnel as per direction of E.I.C including Bonus , PF, ESI . (Agency have to pay ESIC @3.25% , EPF @13% and Bonus @ 8.33% of Basic Rate i.e. Rs.-487/- of daily wages to each operator engaged in pump house, Sub-Station etc )

Routine and periodical maintenance i) intake pumps, motors, valves with actuators, tightening of nut bolt of sluice valve, air valve, dismantling joint etc, replacement of gland packing for pumps and sluice valves with proper lubrication of motor bearings including replacements of indicating lamp with holder etc. as per direction of E.I.C. ii) Clear water pumps, motors, valves with actuators, tightening of nut bolt of sluice valve, air valve, dismantling joint ,replacement of gland packing for pumps and sluice valves with proper lubrication of motor bearings including replacements of indicating lamp with holder etc. as per direction of E.I.C.

SUB-STATION Operation and guarding of outdoor type 33/6.6. KV Sub-Station (3150KVA x 2nos Transformer) for Clear water equipments and 33/0.433. KV (500KVA x 2 nos Transformer) for Intake equipments including Sub-Station equipment’s, and other allied accessories including operation of HV Panel Boards, Control Panel Board, Capacitor Banks, 110 Volt DC trip circuit, battery charger etc. also operation of LV panel board for lighting arrangement by engaging 2(Two) nos operating personnel as per direction of E.I.C. including Bonus , PF, ESI . (Agency have to pay ESIC @3.25% , EPF @13% and Bonus @ 8.33% of Basic Rate i.e. Rs.-487/- of daily wages to each operator engaged in pump house, Sub-Station etc )

Routine and periodical maintenance:- i) For Intake Sub-Station PDB panel board- 2nos , VCB Panel-2nos cables, capacitors, transformer, battery with battery charger, CT & PTs earthing system all breakers, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control fuses, indicating lamp with holder etc. as per direction of E.I.C. ii) For Clear Water Sub-Station PDB panel board- 2nos VCB Panel-2nos cables, capacitors, transformer, battery with battery charger, CT & PTs earthing system all breakers, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control fuses, indicating lamp with holder etc. as per direction of E.I.C. (w.e.f. 01-03-2022 to 28-02-2023)

Servicing, Testing and Calibration i) 33/6.6. KV Sub-Station (3150KVA x 2nos Transformer) for Clear water equipments and ii) 33/0.433. KV (500KVA x 2 nos Transformer) for Intake equipments, and different relays, breakers, meter contacor etc and cleaning of carbon shoots from bus bar, breaker, CT & PT chamber etc. for smooth operation of the Sub-Station by any testing Agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board as per direction of E.I.C.as per scope of work. (Twice in a year) N.B- Report for all Testing & Servicing certificate to be submitted

GASEOUS CHLORINATION PLANT AT CLEAR WATER Operation & guarding of gaseous chlorination system two(2) Set installed at site for feeding chlorine gas in the drinking water for disinfection of the same by engaging 2(Two) nos operating personnel as per direction of E.I.C. including Bonus , PF, ESI . (Agency have to pay ESIC @3.25% , EPF @13% and Bonus @ 8.33% of Basic Rate i.e. Rs.-487/- of daily wages to each operator engaged in pump house, Sub-Station etc ) (by Dep’t.supplied Chlorine Gas )

Supervision charges for Gas Plant by Gas Plant Supervision and the cost of visit charges of the Gas Plant Supervisor at least two day in a month along with expart technician for servision of the installation for the above period as per direction of E.I.C

Supply of HSD and lubricants at site including all carriage and storage for running (40 KVA) diesel engine as an when requred as per direction and as per log book

Routine & Periodical inspection by electrical supervisor having valid suprevisor's certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Government of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor for checking of Pumping station, Sub-Station D.G Set, L.T and H.T equipments PDB panel, MCC/ Starter panels for all pumping machineries, indoor & out door lighting , valves with actuators along with all other electro mechanical installation e.g. level indicator, flow meter to keep the system in healthy condition. N.B- Minimun 2 days in a month and each visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building .
