Manning & operation of sewage treatment plant No. 1 & 2 of capacity 2 x 3 MLD MBBR type for period of 11 months in 3 shifts/ day (each shift of 08 hours) by providing operator qualified with ITI electrical/ fitter/ general mechanic trade with minimum 02 years experience or matriculate with 05 years minimum experience of plant from Govt/ Pvt Sector. (a) Raw sewage lifting pumps Kirloskar make, submersible type of capacity 9.30 KW, discharge 125 Cum/Hrs, head 12 mtr, 415 Volts for STP No. 1 & 2 (02 + 02 Nos) - 04 Nos. (b) Raw sewage lifting pumps Kirloskar make, submersible type of capacity 7.30 KW, discharge 105 Cum/ Hrs, head 12mtr, 415 Volts for STP No. 1 & 2 (02+02 Nos) including sluice valve on inlet of raw sewage line. Air Diffusing System:- (a) Air blower Usha make; Model UR160, capacity 0.5 Kg/ Sqcm (03+03) - 06 Nos (4 Working + 2 Standby). (b) Motors for air blowers, Make Kirloskar, 18.50 KW (03 + 03) - 06 Nos (04 Working + 2 standby). (c) Air Diffusing system in FAB-I & FAB-II - (01+01) - 02 Set. (d) Air diffusing system in MBBR Sewage Collection Sump - (02 + 02) - 04 Set.

Notes:- (i) Contractor will be responsible for taking out all floating material such as polythene, papers, vegetations and other waste material from inside of sump well of size 8.0 metre dia and 9.33 meter depth including taking out raw sewage pumps as when required with the help of tripod and chain pulley block of suitable size after disconnecting electrically and mechanically from raw sewage collection sump having depth 4.90 mtr including opening the pump, cleaning all material accumulated in pump housing and impeller such as polythene, vegetation etc, including greasing of all bearings, tightening of impeller nuts. check nuts and other nut bolts, checking electric connection, re-lowering, re-fixing and re-connecting all pipes, making electric connections, commissioning and testing of the same on load including removal of all waste material from installation and depositing as specified area at a distance n. exc. 3.0 Km. Cost on this account whatsoever shall deemed to be included in the overall rate quoted by the contractor for operation and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) All T&P and safety equipment shall be arranged by the contractor within the overall quoted rate for operation and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii) Standby pump will run whenever cleaning or any type of maintenance is required to be carried out.

(iv) Cleaning opening of slots/ holes of rising pipes of MBBRs-02 Nos as and when required without wastage of any filter media, cleaning of bar screen, fine bar screen, flushing lines of grit chamber and bar screen of raw collection chambers regularly including opening, cleaning of sludge pipe and valves of tube clerrisettle sump, sludge thickner chamber and cleaning of impellers of sludge pumps-04 Nos and pipes connected to dry beds, removal of all waste material from installation and depositing at specified area at a distance not exceding 3.0 Km from installation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Blockage if any occurred in pipes line, valves due to any reason shall be cleared by the contractor within minimum time within over all cost quoted by the contractor. Nothing shall be paid extra to the contractor on this account.

Manning & operation of DG set installation at sewage treatment plant comprising of the following machinery equipment by providing operator qualified with ITI diploma in electrical/ fitter/ mechanic diesel trade with minimum 02 year experience or matriculate with 05 years minimum experience of plant from any Govt Department/ Private Sector, responsible for plant operations in 3 shifts/ day (one operator in each shift of 08 hrs) - 03 Nos and under the following :- (a) DG set complete with alternator of 250 KVA with 12 volts 180 AH battery - 02 Nos with battery charger. (b) LT panel complete with change over switch. (c) Internal electric wiring as per inventory of buildings. (d) Raw effluent pumps (1W+1S) of capacity 0.625 Cum/ hours - 02 Nos. (e) Filter press feed pumps (1W+1S) of capacity 0.625 Cum/hours - 02 Nos. (f) Air blower (1W+1S) of capacity 50 Cum/hours - 02 Nos. (g) DWPE dosing system comparing of dosing tank (HDPE) constant dosing pump (PP) and agitator (SS) - 01 No. (h) Hypo dosing system comprising with constant dosing pump with tank (HDPE) - 01 Set. (j) Duel media filter in MS construction with black bituminous paint and activated carbon filter - 01 No. (k) Filter feed pump (1W+1S) of capacity 0.8 Cum/hours- 2 Nos. (l) Electrical distribution panel - 02 Nos. (m) Contractor will have to clean all machinery and check their functionality even if the plant is not running due to absence of sufficient load.

Manning & operation of sewage installation at MH for the period of 11 months in 02 shifts of 08 hours each per day by providing operator qualified with ITI electrical/ fitter/ general mechanic trade with minimum 02 years experience or matriculate with 05 years minimum experience of plant from Govt/ Pvt Sector of the following machinery/ equipments:- (a) Centrifugal non clogging of horizontal pumping set of capacity 17 ltrs/ sec at head of 13 mtr coupled with 3 phase electric motor of 11 KW/15 HP on the same platform complete with suction, delivery, sluice valve and starter qty-01 No. Make: Kirloskar. (b) Internal electric wiring as per inventory of building. (c) Priming of pump when required.

Manning & operation of sewage installation at Manekshaw Vihar for the period of 11 months in 02 shift of 08 hours each per day by providing operator qualified with ITI electrical/ fitter/ general mechanic trade with minimum 02 years experience or matriculate with 05 years minimum experience of plant from Govt/ Pvt Sector of the following machinery/ equipments:- (a) Submersible sewage pump 3 HP 10 Cum/ Hrs 13mtr head 415 Volts 3 phase complete make KSB. (b) LT Panel with bus-bar and MCCB 100 Amp 25 KA and outgoing MCCB 63 Amp 25 KA - 02 Nos, with DOL startor 3 HP- 02 No, single phase preventer, voltmeter, Amp meter, lamp indicator. (c) Suction & delivery valve and GI pipe line.

Manning & Operation with one No. helper (MTS) per shift to assist the operator in 03 shift/day (08 hrs each shift) at STP 2X3 MLD, MBBR,s type. He will be reponsible for cleaning of plants/area for uprooting the grass, shrubs, vegetation expect the tree upto the fencing OR boundary wall of installation and cleaning of all parts, machinery etc of treatment plant all as specified and directed as EIC.

Collection of treated water sample from STP No. 1 & 2 and analysis as and when directed and submitting the report within one week. However, if results of any sample of treated water are not found satisfactory, same shall be got tested by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. Parameters such as pH, TDS, BOD, COD and oil and greasing or any other test shall be maintained as per CPCB Norms. Record of parameters tested, maintained shall be maintained by the contractor and produced for verification as and when warranted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & used in treated sewage water for sodium hypo-chloride in liquid form having chlorine 10% hi-strength in company sealed packing complete all as directed. Make: Vikram PAC of M/s Grasim Industries Ltd (Chemical division)/ Renuka Water / BM Aqua Tech Pvt Ltd/Aqua Fit./Puri Chlor Notes for Srl No. 1.00 to 8.00:- (i) The contractor shall be responsible for uprooting the grass, shrubs, vegetation except the tree and cleaning and maintaining the STP and sewage installation area with bush cutter machine up to the fencing or boundary wall. (ii) If any operator/helper (MTS) are found absent from duty, recovery of Rs. 500/- per shift shall be made from Contractor's dues. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible for testing of treated water sample as per CA provision but if tests are not found satisfactory, recovery of Rs. 15000/- will be recovered from Contractor's dues for each failed test and after rectification contractor shall be responsible to carry out the re-testing on the sample within week and produce the test report of satisfactory results. Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for the re-testing or whatsoever may be the expenditure on this account. (iv) Cleaning area of STP and installation upto the fencing or boundary wall will be the responsibility of contractor. In case area is not found cleaned, recovery @ Rs. 1500/- per month will be imposed upon the contractor.

(v) Chlorination of treated water shall be tested daily and record maintained by the contractor. However, if chlorine is not found in water at any check, recovery of Rs. 500/- per check will be imposed upon the contractor. (vi) Material required for packing the samples for testing and testing equipments required at site shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (vii) All the machinery, panels, motors shall be got repaired by the contractor as per contract provisions. However, for all petty repair such as replacement of gland packing, tightening or replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, greasing the machinery, re-tightening all electrical connection, re-jointing of burnt electrical thimbles and replacement of wire etc adjustment of relays or de-carbonizing and cleaning of contacts of contactors, repair to stuck sluice valves, reflux valves repair to stuck pumps by cleaning of impeller housings including taking out and taking down etc shall be responsibility of contractor cost in this account shall deemed to be included in the overall cost quoted by the contractor for operation. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

(viii) Contractor shall responsible for un-interrupted working of plant and machinery. If any problem occurs in machinery, the contractor will get the same checked from mechanic or electrician and details of fault will be submitted to deptt if not covered in their scope within 2 hours and standby machinery shall be made operative during repair. If any machinery found unserviceable at installation and intimation is not rendered to the deptt, recovery @ Rs. 500/- per machine per hour shall be imposed upon the contractor. (ix) In case, any machinery become faulty due to negligence of operating staff, recovery equal to double the cost of actual repairs shall be imposed upon the contractor. (x) Operator deployed by the contractor should be ITI qualified in respective trade with minimum 2 years practical experience or matriculate with 5 years minimum practical experience in any Govt Deptt or in private sector
