S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre /intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board, slabs, blanket, ant thickness, including cover flats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm plywood grade BWP, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work for shelves partition, top and sides including necessary beading,screws,brass SS fittings,adhesive,edge lipping,backing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in bedding layer for laying in floor as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for any shade vitrified ceramic tiles (of approved shade and design) area of each tiles exc 0.42sqm but not exceeding 1.00sqm as in floors and skirtng, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of decorative plaster of paris cornice/ moulding of approved design and pattern,not exceeding 15cm projection,cast in approved moulds,fixed with POP slurry and GI nails/screws where req,including making joint finishing smooth,rubbing down,curing and preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of white cement based putty of 1-2 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410 grade ,complete cutting,drilling,notching,welding/bolting/riveting,hoisting,erection and fixing in position including all necessary angle cleats,cnoncting plates ,nuts,bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4sqm each each, complete all as specified and directed.
