Thematic Design Should be made on the front fascia to have a decorating appearance with flowering work & flowerpot

Sale Stall: Setting up U shape exhibition cum sale stall & stall with stall and counter

Construction of audience gallery- Rollup Standee, Selfie Point

Construction of Film screening Hall:

With AC Units in place, demonstration of different schemes and achievements/ Short Film Screening with Projector, Screen, Sound System.

Room freshener, mosquito repellent, cloth ceiling, wooden batten, theme-based lamp sheds, construction of western toilets with appropriate structure for walling, ceiling, sanitary fitting, wash basin water connection for each toilet, sewerage pit, sweepers to keep the toilet clean with bleaching powder, phenyl etc on daily basis.

Rest room for stall participant: Construction and Accommodation space for stall participant It should contain all facilities like Bed, Pillow, Blanket, Towel & Toilet (Ladies guest separately)

Provision of drinking water with Disposal glass

LED Display: with sound system for different Mela place & Pavilion shall have Sound system, Amplifier-01, Cordless mic- 02.

Electricity: Sufficient and reliable power backup (Generator) along with electrical connection and installation in and outside the pavilion of WCDC.

Fire Safety: Fire Extinguisher in Pavilion

Security Guard round the clock.

Platform for live demonstration & press conference, for 10 people & food stall 05 nos. runed by women.
