SCH "A " SECTION - VI STREET LIGHTING

JM & L sand filling in & around the cable including in & around punning down for cushioning complete as directed by Project Manager.

Supplying & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1 with peak size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm (Sub Class-B) laid in trenches for LT Cable protection complete as directed by Project Manager.

Supply, laying & jointing reinforcement concrete pipe 100 mm bore class NP-2 including collars as necessary for road crossing all as specified & directed (Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of schedule-A

Supply & laying in trenches/ pipe/ duct floor cable heavy duty armoured XLPE insulated & sheathed as per IS 1100 Volts grade Aluminium stranded conductor cable earth of size 6 sqmm 4 core all as specified & directed by Project Manager (Earth work sand cushioning & cable cover shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply & laying in trenches/ pipe/ duct floor cable heavy duty armoured XLPE insulated & sheathed as per IS 1100 Volts grade Aluminium stranded conductor cable earth of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified & directed by Project Manager (Earth work sand cushioning & cable cover shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply & termination of 4Cx 6Sq mm aluminium armoured cable with suitable size single compression brass cable gland & copper lugs complete.

Supply & termination of 3.5Cx 25Sq mm aluminium armoured cable with suitable size single compression brass cable gland & copper lugs complete.

Supply & erecting of steel tubular swaged poles including foundation as per manufacturer's design, single bend to shape complete with cast iron base plates, bolts, nuts & screws as specified Type 410 SP-31 (9.00 Metre long) complete suitable for street light fittings with painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete.

Supply & Laying of 2x2.5 Sq mm +1.5 Sq mm Multistrand copper conductor FRLS wire with 2 mm thick PVC sleeve of suitable size from street light pole marshalling box to light fixture complete with termination to MCB as directed by Project Manager

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 D-2 using stone aggregate of 40mm grade as in foundation concrete for pole including finishing the exposed surface using extra cement all as specified as per drawings & specification.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using stone aggregate of 20 mm grade as in foundation concrete for pole including finishing the exposed surface using extra cement all as specified as per drawings & specification.

Supply & errection of weather proof marshalling box with hinged door with proper size gasket etc. of size 300 x250 x135 mm for street light poles made of 14 SWG GI sheet with two coats of enamel paint red oxide primer along with 6 Amps SP MCB on din rail for phase & terminals blocks 3C x2.5 Sq mm cable glanding & proper fixing of clamp with bolts & nuts complete all as specified & directed by the Project Manager

Supply & fixing of street light luminaries HPSV 150 W single piece die cast/ Deep drawn aluminium housing complete with control gear compartment acrylic cover UV stabilised, blast of dual taping dynamic power shaving device of reduce power & wattage to 100W after 6 hours of peak load pre-wired complete with lamp & including arrangement for mounting GI pipe suitable size bracket arm complete with connection etc as specified

Supply & laying earth continuity conductor for main earthing lead of size 8 SWG (4 mm dia) GI wire fixed to wall or chased buried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthings as required.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Supply & fixing 40mm GI pipe light grade 1.2 M long partly in ground and partly along with the existing pole bending etc as required.
