Material and labour for taking out of submersible pump and motor of 50 to 60 HP capacity including flanged column pipes with chain pulley arrangements and engaging sufficient man power to ensure safety of plant as well as working persons including disconnecting of delivery main lines and electric connections and lowering the same including flanged column pipes and reconnecting the delivery main lines and electric connections of the same after completion of repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of loading/unloading and transporting to & from workshop.

Material and labour for dismantling of electric driven submersible pump motor of capacity 50 to 60 HP, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with water resistant copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity ( as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts such as motor bush, thrust bearing, rotor filling, pump sleeves, CI impeller, pump bush, efficiency ring, neck ring, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper, insulating heat resistant sleeves, sealing compounds varnish etc and reassembling the motor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Winding wire will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of installation.

Supply only in replacement of Enamelled copper winding wire best quality as directed by Engr-in-charge for winding of centrifugal pump, submersible motors , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of electric driven centrifugal horizontal pump motor of 05 to 15 HP capacity taking out the burnt windings cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity ( as per original/ manufacturer design )including replacement of all damaged parts such as shaft filling, ball bearing, pump impellers,gland piece, pump bush, pump coupling, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper ( Class "F" Make : EUROTHERM or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-charge ), insulating heat resistant sleeves, sealing compounds varnish etc and reassembling the motor, including cooling fan as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Winding wire will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of installation. (iii) Submersible cable for connection of suitable size min 3 mtr each length from motor included in above quoted rates. (iv) Rate shall be inclusive of loading/unloading and transporting to & from workshop.

Material and labour for development of bore well with high capacity air compresser of suitable sizefor running duration not less than 4 hours till the water becomes sand and silt free including removal of liquid mud, sand, silt etc up to a distance of 50 metre and deposited where directed, complete all as specified & directed. Note: (a) Air compressor, fuel, manpower, any other equipment of suitable capacity for the development of tube well shall be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangements and nothing extra shall be payable to the contractor on this account. (b) The discharge shall be measured by providing orifice system of 'V' notch fixed to steel tanks of adequate capacity. (c) A proper record and log sheet for running of compressor shall be prepared and signed by the contractor & Engineer-in-Charge, countersigned by GE and shall form part of final bill.

Supply and fix non returning valve(Reflux with by pass) ISI marked with flanged both ends of size 150 mm bore, including gasket, nuts bolts & washers complete. Note :- (i) The contractor shall purchase the valve from the authorised dealer only. (ii) The purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate shall be produced and submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for carrying out the water sample testing from govt. recognized laboratory including collecting of water sample and submission of report to the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted include all tests of water sample i.e physical, chemical and heavy metal test.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for laying of pipes and fittings, cables, HT / LT poles, stay assembly etc including forming bottom surfaces to required level and slope and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pump house bore well cap cover made out from mild steel sheet 3 mm thick and angle iron frame in any shape and size complete with making holes, nut bolts welding etc as reqd at site including painting of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable valve pits of any size and constructing of brick mesonary pits of internal dimensions 1mtr x1mtr x1.2 mtrs ( bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space) , bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 15 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet min 2mm thick witth angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x50 mmx 6 mm with galvanised steel hinges two nos ,and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

Repairing of leakages CI/DI pipes of size 100 mm to 200 mm bore by replacing the Tees, bends, sockets and providing the other materials required at site such as lead joint, to complete the job including excavation and other earth work Note (a) CI/DI bends, sockets and connected items will be measured and paid separately (b) One supervisor will report to the JE in charge on daily basis along with The complaint register, complaint slip in duplicate which shall also be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost for recording/monitoring of water supply complaints. (c) Contractor shall arrange at his own expense the security passes for himself, his supervisor and his plumbers and labours as per stn security policy.

Material and labour for ISI marked ductile iron fitting up to size 200 mm bore such as bends, Tapers tail pieces, Tee pieces (single branch) Y junction double branch, cross collars , caps and plug set including rubber ring joints complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pump house borewell casing pipe of dia 350 mm using ERW MS of wall thickness 8mm and dia 350mm including threading, turning, welding work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for attending electric complaint of water supply installations including replacing burnt lugs of cable, to check auto star delta starter, voltmeter, ampere meter or any other items in pump panel changeover switch and make functional if minor repair involves to above equipment complete all as specified and directed.
