Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5metre but not exceeding 3 metre depth and getting out for taking up/ laying under ground electric cable or for pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note for serial item No. 1 &2 : Mechanical excavation is not allowed in the station only manual excavation is allowed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm ( 8cm below cableand remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding, by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay sub class 'B' Bricks old size bricks for cable protection , laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix/lay 40 mm bore light grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixtures fixed along the electric pole/wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork and fiishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as per specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for stay set/pole/feeder pillar lean concrete etc icluding finished even and fair to exposed surfaces with out using extra cement complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and fix copper stainless steel double compression cable glands suitable for cable size 25 Sqmm 3.5core for fixing armoured in panel complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and fix copper stainless steel double compression cable glands suitable for cable size 35 Sqmm 4 core for fixing armoured in panel complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and fix copper stainless steel double compression cable glands suitable for cable size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core for fixing armoured in panel complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and errect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31,9.0 metres long including two coats of aluminium paint complete all as per specified and as directed. Note :- Necessary excavation for foundation , PCC shall be paid under respective items separately.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25 x 4mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe as well as 20 mm dia medium grade pipe 1.5 mtr fixed with funnel and wire mesh as specified and connected all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil and PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 in chamber and 40 mm thick RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways with 6 mm dia M S hooks complete all as specified. The GI earth strip & 40mm dia bore light grade GI pipe upto 7.5m deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 25 x4 mm thick GI strip as earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required including fixing arrangement like epoxy insulators on wall/pole etc complete all as specified and and as directed. Note :- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.

Material and labour for wiring with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant cable (FR) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable (FR) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly drawn with and including 20mm dia PVC rigid non metallic conduit including flexible PVC pipe on steel tubular poles including fixing arrangements,PVC flexible pipe where required etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i)Two runs of submain wiring cable along with one run of earth wire and one run of PVC rigid non metallic conduit /PVC flexible pipe shall be measured as one unit. (ii) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of the rate for MS holding clamps of size 20mm x 2mm thick including the required size of nut,bolt,washers etc at 2m C/C.

Supply and fix GI pipe bracket made out of light grade 40mm dia GI tubing duly bend to the required shape,length of the bracket shall not be less than 1.5m including MS flat iron clamps 40mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts and washers for fixing of brackets on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of LED Street light 60 Watts ENDURA PEARL NEO new generation energy saving and enviornment friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havells Cat Part No.ENDURA PEARL NEO SL60WLED757PASYTOPC or Equivalent in CG/phillips.

Supply and fix junction box of size 200mm x 200mm x 100mm made out of FRP of make sintex ( GSJB-2520) with double stud hinged door locking including fixing hardware on steel tubular pole or PCC pole and including MCB 6 Amps -1 No with dinrail for mounting of MCB including suitable connector for looping duly sealed with rubber plugs complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Sintex or equivalent in Hansel.

Supply and fix street light panel outdoor type digital 24 hour timer consisting of 32 Amps tripple pole contactor and MCB TPN 40 Amps including Auto/Manual facility including necessary excavation PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and angle iron frame 50mm x 50mm x 6mm for mounting of timer panel of Havells Cat No. IHXTS03060 complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havells Cat Part No.IHXTS03060 or Equivalent in CG/L&T.

Taking out the existing LT cable any size from the trenches carefully and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.
