M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks strainght or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing for Internal Wall finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces External Wall finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed.
