Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipes and getting out, all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting of existing GI/CI/DI pipe of nominal bore 150 mm for insertion of tee, socket, union, nipple of appropriate size and dimensions where required including stop leakage etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) In case of CI/DI pipe line insertion of rubber flange necessary nut bolts and washers etc and run lead jointing. The same should be measured and paid for separately under the respective items of sch 'A' (ii) In case of GI pipe, the necessary fittings involved shall be measured and paid for seperately under the respective items of sch 'A'

M&L for Bends. Tapers. Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged all as specified and as directed , upto 150mm bore dia.

M&L for Rubber gasket joint for flange joint all as specified and as directed , upto 150mm bore dia.

S& Replace cast iron sluice valve with flanged ends, confirming to IS-780 type PN-1.6 cast iron body with CI wheel brass spindle, joints with rubber gaskets including bolts nuts and washers complete with ISI mark size 150 mm CI line in position, all as specified and directed.

All as per item Srl No. 15 above but size 100 mm bore pipe.

M&L for isolating the electric supply connection from the starter, disconnecting the delivery and suction pipe , taking out the column pipe of dia 40/50/80mm and submersible pump and motor with the help of steel wire rope, Chain pully and Tripoid Stand after unscrewing bracket nuts, bolts and washers and transporting to Workshop and bringing back at site after repairing/rewingding and for the following : -. Note : Necessary replacement of spare parts and rewinding of submersible motor shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for segregation of all parts of 3 phase 415 volts electric motor of submersible motor pump of and rewinding the motor of 7.5 HP motor pump and cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves ande surfaces, rewinding the motor with insulated copper winding wire of suitable gauge for nos of coil and turns including insulation material such as sleeves, lothorised fibre glass, cotton/PVC tape all as per the manufacturer /OEM design and specifications or as direced by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for segregation of all parts of 3 phase 415 volts electric motor of submersible motor pump of and rewinding the motor of 5 HP motor pump and cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves ande surfaces, rewinding the motor with insulated copper winding wire of suitable gauge for nos of coil and turns including insulation material such as sleeves, lothorised fibre glass, cotton/PVC tape all as per the manufacturer /OEM design and specifications or as direced by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for Opening the submersible pump and repair the steel shaft by melting and turning by lathe machine and replacement the minor defective parts as thrust plate bearing ,plate neck ring cheak nut, sleeves, studs tail piece and nut bolt with washers.

M&L for Opening dismentling Centrifugal pump set and taking out defective motor pump of any capacity from foundation base frame transporting to work shop for repair & transporting back at site after repair and refixing the same on its position recoupling reconnection testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Repair work shall be measured and paid Separately.

M&L for opening the elect motor 3 phase 440 volt and rewinding with supper enameld copper conductor as per existing size and guage as recommended by OEM including varnishing drying cleaning to slots repair to any damage slot for smooth functioning of motor testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following :-

M&L for Opening dismentling pump set 1/2 HP and taking out defective motor pump of any capacity from site, transporting to work shop for repair and rewinding with supper enameld copper conductor as per existing size and guage as recommended by OEM including varnishing drying cleaning to slots repair to any damage slot for smooth functioning of motor testing& transporting back at site ofter repair and refixing the same on its position reconnection testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Opening the pump 1/2 HP assembled with motor trace out the defective parts of the pump melting grinding the shaft by lath machine to make as per original Shape and size and fixing the new parts as required specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for filling of gland packing in pump side or as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for transporting burnt Pressure Booster pump motor of 2 HP to work shop for opening the elect motor single phase230 volt and rewinding with supper enameld copper conductor as per existing size and guage including varnishing drying cleaning to slots repair to any damage slot for smooth functioning of motor testing, Opening the pump assembled with motor trace out the defective parts of the pump melting grinding the shaft by lathe machine to make as per original Shape and size and fixing the new parts as required & transporting back at site ofter repair and refixing the same on its position reconnection testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
