Demolition of Precast Concrete work built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate as per IS 383) of 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering to concrete or block masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces, 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick ceiling plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC may apply as per manufactures instruction or 3% by the wt of cement

Removing loose and broken concrete by chiseling/ mechanically etc from the roof slab, column, beam and similar structural members cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particle etc and washing with clean water with pressure and removing rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and including necessary safety precautions and scaffolding up to a height of 15 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.
