M&L for liqud membrane water proofing treatment over existing RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet walls etc to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning of dust, removal for all loose existing bituminous material manually with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface, removing of vegetation/plantaion with no loose material on surface and treating the crakes upto 3mm width with single pack fibre glass reinforced crack filling compound of SMART CARE CRACK SEAL (ASIAN PAINTS) or equivalant as approved. (b) Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplastic having penetration upto 8mm levelling of surface to give proper slope (after setting) with roof repair mortar i.e. cold applied Bituminous Mortar & cold emulsion cum waterproofing liquid, Created SSD condition on surface with water, prime the surface with liquid membrane waterproofing elastomeric monolithic acrylic emulsified water based bituminous coating with 200% elongation mixed with potable water in the ration of 1:1 and apply @400gm per Sqm (As per Surface Conditions) (c) Apply first coat of Liqued Membrane Waterproofing Elastomeric Monolithic Acrylic Emulshified Water based Bituminous Coating having elongation 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412, having cracks bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50 mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation of water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm per Sqm, laying of Geotex of 45 GSM/ Fiber mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm & allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs . (d) Apply 2nd coat on poured first coat with consumption @700 gm per Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller and allow it to dry for 10-12 Hrs. (e) Ensure final curing time of 36 Hrs before allowing/ carrying out any further work. (f) Conduct ponding test after 7 days, continnue curing of 14 days. (g) Apply two coats of UV Resistant Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic Weather risistant water proof coating having elongation of 300% confirming to ASTM-D-6083 for UV Protection of Bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic Emulsified Liquid Membranc to give life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight.

Note for item No 55 :- (a) The Application of water proofing treatment will be executed by the authorised applicator only after necessary approval from GE. (b) All Shifting/ removing of any wire/cable/AC unit/Water tank of any capacity or other any object as per site requirement an re-fixing the same, if needed shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (c) Removal of any loose/packed items such as mud phuska, terrace tiles, cement screed bed shall be removed and surface shall be made free from depressions before applying treatment to the roof. Quoted rates shall deemed to be included this fact into account and no extra payment shall be made on this account. (d) Contractor shall verify availability of the materials in full qty from market before quoting the rates as no extension of time on this ground shall be granted. (e) All the sample/ make for water proofing material mentioned in item shall be got approved from the GE before procuring bulk quantity of material.

Taking down carefully unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sketch fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking creit and making good to disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar in CM 1:6 and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using 3x1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade (Phase, neutral and earth wire) with proper colour coding drawn through and incl PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade (ISI Marked) of dia not less than 20mm and 1.5mm thick and connected to common earth dolly with 1.6mm thick CI/MS pressed steel sunken boxes of adequate size and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws including cutting chases grooves for concealed wiring for light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Conduit shall be fixed on surface/ceiling with necessay saddles where concealing of conduit is not feasible. (ii) Rate of supplying and fixing CI/MS pressed sunken boxs and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and laying bricks sub class 'B', laid dry in trenches over the cable adjoining each other widthwise for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of GI tubing, light grade 40 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing/ fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers etc if required is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F LED wall security lights of 25 Watt having pressure die cast aluminium housing with system lumens efficacy≥100 lumen/W, IP65 protection, IK07 rating, inbuilt electronic driver with PF>0.95 mounted on GI bracket of suitable dia, bend to shape and fixed to wall by means of clamps or nuts bolts and connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 50,600.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
