Dismantling of 100 mm dia AC rain water pipes of any size or pattern incl all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Taking down chawkhats or frame (w/o taking off shutters from the frames) but exc 1.50 but n.exc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge. Note : The quoted rates deemed to be inclusive for removal of demolition material out side of MoD land.

Material & Labour for chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for drilling and fixing Rohibb teflon in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12 mm dia , 50 to 100 mm deep holes in structural member at the interval of 500mm c/c in staggered manner or as directed by Engr In Charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (a) Cleaning of holes - cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles (b) Fixing of nozzles - Insert 12 mm dia Rohibb teflon nozzle in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to recieve outlet of grouting gun. Fix it in side the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for 12 hrs (c) cutting of nozzles - Cut the nozzle by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural element complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for injecting of site cement slurry grout in the ration 1:2 ( 1- Cement 2- Water ) including supper plasticiser (Super com -100) 250 ml/50 kg. Mixing shall be done machanical mixer continously stirring machnically to keep cement particle in suspention .Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg /cm sq etc complete till the grout mix flows out out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled (for repai r to wall and slab) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for injecting viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout, including mixing of material component ( part A & B) in the required qty as per manufactures instruction by weight batching. Grouting maintain the presssure at exit (0.5 to 1 1.kg/cm2) by monitering pressure guage at exit . Grout at material through prefixed nozzle in the structural element @ 100 ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all nozzle (Columns and beam) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for Building up the profile of structrual members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1-5-15) = 1 monobond 5 cement 15 sand ) in damaged areas in 30 mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for carry out application of BI Polar migratory corrosion inhabitor EPCO KP _ 100 Protectssil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (this inhabitor shall have migratory kind of property which permit the material to migrate to a vertural extend of 100 mm , through pores of concrete inhabbting the corroser and depassivating the elctro chemical reaction it should have property to attack anode as well as cathode which is purely alkaline in nature (Ph 9.5) so it has no carcinogen activities with concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surface free from loose material dirt etc, complete applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (i.e. rust remover) FEOVERT conforming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars including cleaning the reinforcement , wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls with time interval 6 hrs between the coats and applying protective coating (IPNET - RB complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and applying two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer mixed with Cement in 1:1.5 proportion (1 part polymer and 1.5 parts Cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales as per manufacturers instruction (measurement on the basis of exposed concrete area). (Make : IPNET of Krishna Conchem, New Coat from Dr Fixit ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster or micro concreting conforming ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bonding between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and applying jacketting around columns/beams with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M-40 including all lifts, shuttering , drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete. (c) Lay Non woven fiber glass mesh (Reinforcement of Shali Geo Text 40/50 gsm of size 2.5mm x 2.5mm) or equivalent with overlap of 50 mm on both direction while the first coat is still wet. (d) Apply second coat of water proofing coating as per manufactures instruction after 6-8 hrs of drying of first coat. (e) Apply third coat of water proofing coating (as per manucturer instruction) after 6-8 hrs of drying of second coat The total thickness of 1 to 1.2mm must be achieved after 7 days of air cure. Note : 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only 3) Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction

Supply & Fixing in repairs Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc with Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Disconnecting all incoming & outgoing pipe connection taking out old unserviceable PVC water storage tank and supply & fixing new water storage tank of capacity 5000 Ltrs,Hosting and fixing in position at any location connecting with existing inlet/outlet pipe up to 50mm bore GI pipe connection complete including making supporting PCC foundation to keep PVC tank complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Disconnecting all incoming & outgoing pipe connection taking out serviciable PVC water storage tank and supply & fixing new water storage tank of capacity 3000 Ltrs,Hosting and fixing in position at any location connecting with existing inlet/outlet pipe up to 50mm bore GI pipe connection complete including repairing to existing concrete with PCC foundation to keep PVC tank complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.
