Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and fair. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surface and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old steel surface exceeding 10Cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthatic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling MS work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, frames,holdfast etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forgot into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, frame work of water tank and similar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
