S&F for cable junction box IP 66 weather proof for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) size 205 x 255 x 112 mm suitable for 16/25 sqmm cable fixed to pole/ wall with suitable FI clamp 20X3 mm nuts , bolts and washers including provision of 01 No MCB, single pole, 240 volts, 10 KA 10 Amps, and suitable aluminium bus bar/ connector complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light/ flood light/ post top lantern/ garden lights etc fittings on pole/ wall/ pillar/ from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for automatic nature timer (based on lux level of natural light) based street light panel 3phase, 12-18kW, IP66 with in-built nature switch, power contactor, incoming & outgoing 40A TP MCB, pole/ wall mounted type, thermoplastic polymer weather proof enclosure, internal connecting cables complete all as specified and directed. S&F for GI Pipe of 20 mm dia light grade for wire protection pipe from SMC box to light fittings with GI/MS clamp and nutbolts of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI Pipe of 40 mm dia light grade for cable protection pipe from ground level to SMC box with and including GI/MS clamp and nutbolts suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for in repair of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9.0 metres long with two coat of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to the planting depth and remainimg portion of the exterior with two coats of synthetic enamel paint/ Aluminium base paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation of street light pole including necessary earth work, frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in coping of street light pole including necessary earth work, frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation including necessary earth work, frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED flood light 200 W, 230 volts, 50 Hz, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, die-cast aluminium housing, non integral, IP66, flood light with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick including taking out old complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using boring machine including HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600mm x 600mm x6mm thick elecrode and 25mm x 4mm galvanised iron strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to GI strip 32mm x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including welding) of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
