Supply and fixing of dust and vermin proof cubical type LTCT metering box of size 3ft x 1 ft x 4 ft made of 16SWG CRCA sheet steel with door, lock and key arrangement with angle iron support comprising of three compartments for 3 phase energy meter with base plate & view glass arrangements, bus bar arrangements wit 1" x 1/4" insulated tinned copper bus bar for 3 phases & neutral with provision for CTs and sealing arrangements as per TNPDCL norms and 3 nos 200A ( 500V) fuse units and MS cable entry box. The earth bus with two runs of 1" x 1/4" tinned copper flat must be run all round the panel to provide double earth connection.

The buses should be mounted on the SMC bus insulators with proper spacing and should be provided with heat shrinkable sleeves using RYB & Black colours. The bus bar chamber should be segregated from the adjacent chambers by providing 12mm thick hylem sheet. The panel should be powder coated, the cable size, location etc., should be marked with white paint affixed with Danger sign with 19/16 PVC insulated Cu wire interconnection from meter to fuse unit and necessary connection complete confirming CEIG specifications.

Supply and fixing of following intermounting switches with centre bus bar chamber and vertical rows of switches one over the other on both sides powder coated and superscription of incoming and outgoing feeder cable details and 2 nos metallic danger board mounted on base channel confirming to IS specification and CEA regulations.

1. 200 A FP switch disconnector fuse units interior only with HRC fuses double break - 1No (L&T/Simens) for incoming

2. 125 A TPN switch disconnector fuse units interior only with HRC fuses double break - 2Nos (L&T/Simens)

The busbar chamber should have 4 nos 1"x 1/4 " tinned cu. flat for 3 phases and neutral , 2 Nos 1'x 1/4"tinned cu. flat for earth connection all around the panel. The buses should be mounted on synthetic moulded compound bus supports as per IS specification.

The incoming 200A switch should be connected to the busbar 1"x1/4 " tinned cu. flat . 1 No 200 A switches should be connected to the busbar 1" x 1/4" , 2 Nos 125 A should be connected to busbar with 1" x 1/8" cu. flat and 6 Nos 63 A should be connected to the bus by 3/4 "x 1/8 " cu. This installation works for the above split type AC units including the following

(1) Mounting / Filtering Indoor and Outdoor units at their respective Locations.

Generator Arrangements

Supply, Testing Commissioning and Handing over of 58.5 KVA Diesel Generator set with acoustic enclosure conforming to CPCB IV + Norms and BIS specifications with AMF panel of 0.8 P.F. Three phase 415V / 420 Volts, 50Hz, 1500 RPM CPCB Approved capacity developing 74 BHP

with acoustic enclosure water cooled clock wise rotating feed pump with 46.8KW /58.5 KVA operating capacity brushless alternator close coupled underneath fuel tank standard safeties LLOP with stop solenoid battery with lead Electric start and Vibration fitting and accessories and AMF panel as detailed below including transporting & unloading charges.

(A) Engine: Water cooled diesel engine suitable for Generator application conforming CPCBIV + norms and IS standards with a shaft out put of 74BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions. The Engine shall comprise the following standard fitting flexible coupling fly wheel, air cleaner, fan blower, radiator, water pump, fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, etc

(B) 12/24 Volt Electronic Starting Equipment: Complete with starter motor, dynamo, standard batteries with cable, flexible exhaust piping of 50cms length.

The engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continous at full load.

D) ALTERNATOR: 58.5 KVA / 46.8 KW capacity of brushless alternator, AC 3 phase, 50Hz, 415/420V, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM under NTP conditions, conforming to CPCB IV + Norms. E) AMF CONTROL PANEL: The AMF control panel (cubical) should be fabricated with vermin proof and dust proof best quality sheet steel and floor mounted with removable rear panels and hinged front doors with enamel painted and incorporating the following with suitable provision for connection incoming and outgoing leads having been made on the control panel.

F. FUEL TANK 165 litres fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance.

G. Exhaust Gas Recirculation system arrangements as per CPCB IV + norms as amented H. BASE FRAME: Base frame should be fabricated with MS channel frame of rigidly welded construction for mounting of generator set. The engine and alternator should be coupled by suitably designed diaphragm type flexible coupling with guard and mounted on the base frame with prooper alignment.

I) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The Acoustic enclosure, Self standing weather proof Acoustic canopy conforming CPCB IV + norms floor mounting type with modular contruction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to suit all weather conditions and compliance to IS standards.

Erection of acoustic enclosure suitable for 58.5 KVA Diesel generator complete competent authority to suit updated CPCB norms.

J) Erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation.

K) Supply of mauals for operation & maintenance of DG set with warranty card etc., L) CEIG approval: Preparation of site plan physical layout, electrical line shematic Diagram 10 sets, getting drawing approval from CEIG preparation of complection report rectification report etc., arranging CEIG inspection and obtaining CEIG safety certificate, payment of CEIG inspection fees if necessary and preparation of one set of approval Drawing and copy of safety certificate in a neat frame work.

M) TESTING AND COMMISSIONING After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete. The Genset engine and alternator make should be approved by department officials before used on work.

Providing suitable concrete foundation with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for 58.5KVA Genset.
