Renovation of UBCFS committee room at first floor, Udyog Bhawan, Jaipur

Providing and fixing in position wooden paneling to column/walls finished with Acoustic Panels (multi color) comprising as under:-(1) Framework:- Made out of 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.2mm thick extruded Aluminum hollow sections, placed not exceeding 600 mm center to center, both ways (horizontal and vertical), fixed rigidly on wall/columns in perfect line, level and plumb.(ii) Panel Finishing: Providing & fixing 12 mm thick approved make BWR plywood to Aluminum framework finished with Acoustic Panel of Thickness 12 mm (Colour as per design)(iii) Providing approved quality, seasoned, full length, Teak Wood moulding 15 mm thick with adequate width as required at site, to all openings, cutouts etc duly polished with melamine polish complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site.(iv) The rate should include cost of necessary hardware, making cutouts/openings for electrical conduits/cables, Switch boards, AC ducts etc., including providing necessary wooden/aluminum section members support at cutouts, doors/windows openings etc.complete as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site(v) Applying 2 or more coats of melamine polish to exposed edges of panelling, moulded beadings etc. including preparation of surface, sealer coats etc. complete including wastage of material, if any, scaffolding for execution of work at all heights and locations etc. complete.Approved make:-(a) Aluminum extruded sections: Jindal, Hindalco or equivalent approved by the Engineer InCharge(b) Plywood:-Green ply, Century, Merino or equivalent approved by Engineer In-Charge(c) Acoustic Panel: Ecotone/Acoustical Surfaces/Unidus or equivalent approved by theEngineer-In-Charge(d) Adhesive: Fevicol SH/Vamicol or equivalant approved by the Engineer In-Charge

Providing and fixing in position Acoustical Wall Panels/4.0 Veneer in PU Finish of size 1200x600/1800 x 600 or as per manufacurers' specifications, with square edges, made up of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick, wrapped with an acoustically transparent and fire-resistant fabric with various colour options as per approval of Architect/ Engineer in-charge. The panels shall be affixed, using approved adhessive, as per manufacturers specifications, to existing wall panelling framework, having perfectly levelled surface, in proper alignment and plumb, providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC complete as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer. The rate should include providing suitable, approved shade, powder coated aluminum "C" chanel, with 1 mm thickness to maintain 8-12mm wide groove between the panels in approved pattern and design. The scope of work also include cost of necessary hardware, making cutouts/openings for electrical conduits/cables, Switch boards etc., wherever required, including providing necessary wooden/aluminum section members support at cutouts, providing scaffolding for execution of work at all heights, complete as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. Providing & Fixing nylon fibre carpet tiles of 500mmx500mmx4mm polyester spun bonded with glass reinforced PVC backing in flooring and skirting etc. with surface preparation viz. finishing of floor with POP or appropriate filler material for levelling of surfaces if required and pasted with recommended adhesive including the skirting of height 3" or more to connect suitably with existing wooden wall panelling and including removal of existing carpet if applicablecomplete in all respect all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra item for Double Height of the False Ceiling Channel Members and scaffolding required. for desired Ceiling work to be done at the site

Providing and fixing 151 marked flush door shutters conforming to 15: 2202 (Part 1) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. The cost is inclusive of all CNC Work, Teak Wood Door Frame, Fixed Glass Panel, Handle and Door Locks etc. complete as per Engineer in Charge, Rates are inclusive of Melamine Polish (shade) as per instruction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing fabricating & foxing of partition made out with unanodised G.I Framework consisting of 2"x1" section placed at min 2-0 x2-0" horizontally & vertically (as per site requirment) with 12mm BWR Ply Board finished with Paint on both sides. (of approved shade) on both sides (as approved).
