SITC of floor mounted high performance precision packaged cooling units suitable for high sensible loads of electrical panels. Each unit shall facilitate installation in Small Areas, shall feature robust design to run 24x7, Auto-Restart function, Monitoring with Unit-to-Unit Communication and Ease of service. The discharge of cold air shall be from top front and suction from lower front face. The Indoor unit shall comprise of Metallic Body construction, Scroll compressor, Evaporator Coil with Hydrophilic Coating, Evaporator fans, HDPE Washable Filters, Expansion Valve, R407c refrigerant, Heater, Humidifier, Microprocessor Controller, G4 Filter, Suction and Discharge piping, Internal power and Control wiring, HP/LP Cutouts, Power and Control contactors, RS485 card for monitoring, and Other Electrical & safety accessories. Outdoor cabinet consists of Fan with single phase motor and Condenser coil. Low side accessories for Installation & Commissioning of Precision AC:- a) Supply and charging of refrigerant gas R-410a/R-407 for above PAC System.

b) Supplying and Interconnecting Copper piping between indoor & outdoor unit. Copper piping will be duly insulated with 13mm thick nitrile rubber insulation. Copper piping should be epoxy coated. (i) Supply and laying Hot gas line dia (3/4) & Liquid line( 1/2)-18 Guage Hard Copper with fittings, accessories etc for above PAC System.

c) Supply & Laying and Interconnecting Copper cable between indoor & outdoor unit to be laid on existing cable tray for above PAC System.

d) Supply & laying Incoming Copper Cable from Incoming Isolator to PAC Unit (4c x 6 Sqmm CU A) to be laid on existing cable tray.

e) Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required. Supplying and installing of drain pipe of 25mm/32mm dia pipe of PVC heavy duty with nitrile insulation as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled Floor standing Tower type split Air conditioners complete with Indoor unit(IDU), Out door unit (ODU),surface / concealed copper Refrigerant piping with insulation (closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular pipe section) upto 5 Mtr (IDU to ODU), copper power cable upto 5.5 Mtr (IDU to ODU), i/c drain pipe of suitable length and size. R-32/R-410/R-407C Green Refrigerant, wireless Remote control, suitable for working between 180-260V with low & high voltage cutoff and 50 hz ,1 phase AC supply capable of performing cooling, dehumidification, air circulation of following capacity with Scroll / rotary with min 5 year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB). as specified.
