M & L for dark shade (double charged) vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match using tile laying adhesive epoxy based complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dark shade (double charged) vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and inluding Screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for digital coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x600 mm thick in vertical surfaces (including designed borders ) such as skirting and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, over and including rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit Rate quoted is deemed tobe inclusive of Designer border Tiles in vertical surfaces.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, dados etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Italian marble stone, machine cut, machine polished 20 mm thick (of any type and colour) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including moulding of front and sides of edges, laid in floors/Jambs of window and all other similar works in approved design, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed / rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old aluminium chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc and aluminum grills for windows complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed / sliding type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium beads and rubber gasket in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane, frosted on one side, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15 micron coloured aluminium anodised grill design No DG-117,10 mm thick including F Sections complete all as specified and directed. Make :- M/s Deco grill or Equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for preparing old plastered surfaces of external walls / ceilings by scrapping / rubbing and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) on security walls including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ready mixed plaster in two coats of 15mm thick base coat and 5mm thick finishing coat with liquid water proofing compound on brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair, and making groove of appropriate size and finishing sand faced finished using sponge, including use of scaffolding, for any height of bldgs, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. Material and Labour for 25 mm thick 2nd class hardwood planed one side & edges tongued and grooved or rebated and fixed with nails as in wall panelling, including dismantling existing panelling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for clean sawn timber framed and fixed second class hard wood scantlings as in frame work to wall panelling, including dismantling existing framed work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth, two or more coats including cleaning, preparing the surface and applying french polishing over a coat of wood filler, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 50 mm thick fixed over boundry walls using two Nos vertical members and one Nos member surmounted over vertical members of jalli (like ropes of the same materials) including all moulding and taking down old existing jallies complete all as specified and directed. Make : Royal concrete Ltd or other equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer, including use of scaffolding where required at any hieght of bldgs for external painting complete all as specifeid and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment including prepeartion of wall surfaces and applying 2.00 mm thick (average) wall care putty including rubbing with sand paper and making the wall surface smooth and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of water based primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 20mm dia decorative type curtain rods powder coated, stainless steel of any colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 20mm dia decorative type fancy type double rod (spacing between both 175 mm) brackets, made of brass (antique) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixng in repair tile trim of SS 304 grade of thickness 1.50 - 2.0 mm & width 25mm to 50mm of brass, any colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for heavy duty external floor tiles of 15-16 mm thick of size 600x600 mm of matt finish, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
