Material and labour for taking down SPLIT type Air Conditioner of 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR,cleaning by water , thoroughly, cleaning by caustic and re-washing with plain water, Servicing. greasing, vacuuming and gas charging and connecting all electrical and gas pipe connection, replacing of spares required, and refixing at same location with proper arrest of leakage and commissioning , etc complete, all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Existing Makes:- LG / Samsung / Voltas / Vediocon. Notes:- (i) The spares listed herein after shall be measured and paid as supply only. The spares supplied shall be of existing make, and shall suit the existing make, duly approved by the GE. (ii) The labour element involved in replacing the spares is deemed to include in the quoted rate. (iii) Filling of gas shall be measured and paid seperately, under supply only. Assrmble the same fittings outer cover by replacing the wornout /rusted nuts,bolts, and washers and packing gasket and commissioning, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of damaged power cable, PVC insulated multi stranded,single core round type AC 1100 volts, 4 sqmm all as specified and directed. Make:- Finolex / HPL / Havells / Mescab / KEI / .

Repairs and servicing/overhauling of centrifugal pump set of capacity upto 5 HP for cooling tower ,cleaning the inside of stator, rotor, varnishing and drying, re-erecting, testing and commissioning, including replacement of DE and NDE bearings, shaft seal, any other minor parts required for proper functioning, painting the set with synthetic enamel paint, first quality, after preparing the surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling the electric connection from the induction motor and taking down the motor 5 HP after removing the necessary nuts/ bolts and coupling etc and transporting to local workshop and Dismantling and opening the AC motor by unscrewing the bolts / nuts end cover etc and taking out the burnt starter and rotor windings, cutting and removing the burnt out copper windings complete from the startor slots including necessary cleaning thoroughly with a wire brush and drying and applying a coat of varnish etc all as specified and including material and labour for rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge including placing the fibre glass sleeves and insulating paper glass F (numen) and applying appropriate varnish dirying replacement of bearings 2 Nos and properly assembling including testing and transporting back to the existing place , assembling the motor carefully to its original position including necessary electric and other connections and testing to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
