Providing and fixing wall paneling with12mm thick BWR grade plywood of approved brand to the wall surface by fixing 19mm x 19mm thick BWR grade plywood for side to the wall an horizontal & Vertical styles @ 60cm c/c. Finsihing the face surface of the plywood using 1mm thick Sunmica brand laminates of approved shade and design using adhesive. Top plywood edges will be fixed using 12mmx50mm thick 1st quality teakwood beading with approved colour of melamine polish.
Providing and fxing Roller Blinds to the windows using Zebra natural fabric with gear system with adjustable rope with pelmets.
Providing and applying the paint work with 2 coat Birla wall putty, 1 coat Asian emulsion primer and 2 coat approved colour of Asian emulsion supreme grade paint with Roller smooth finish
Providing and fixing the Door of size 36"x81"x 30mm thick BWR grade Flush Door with both side approved colour of 1mm thick Sunmica Lamination and Edges are all 35x6mm thick 1st quality Teakwood beading with melamine polish and using the butt hinges, tower bolt , latch and quality cylinder lock
Supplying and fixing of hydraulic door closer of godrej brand fixed to the doors with necessary screws complete.
