Scrarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and exc. 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to pot holes exc. 30 mm depth area n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using bitumen emulsion @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per/10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned black top surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using bitumen emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS 8887 with mechanical sprayer, operated by cold pressure mechanism complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic Concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30, with 5.5% of blinder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Mixing of bituminous semi dense asphaltic Concrete shall be in Hot Mix Plant. (ii) Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be designed considering the bituminous content as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing un surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer over WBM @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using bitumen emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS 8887 with mechanical sprayer, operated by cold pressure mechanism complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Premixed Bituminous macadam from hot mix plant with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Mixing of bituminous concrete shall be in Hot Mix Plant.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparing the bituminous road surface and making good for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint conforming to BIS-3262 laod through Road Marking Machine in layer of CRYSTALX (using 5 Kg per Sqm by incorporating 8% white glass beads for reflectivity) and 2 mm thick centre line, stop line etc. as per IRC pattern laid at temperature 60 degree centigrade including making necessary traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Aluminium road studs any type and any size from bituminous road before road carpeting work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium alloy body stud/cat eye of size (110x120x23.50 ) mm for road surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing dual directional solar road studs (Cat eye) made of Aluminium alloy shell of having 10 tons load bearing capacity of size 125x125x25 mm (with a shank of 65mm) die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and consisting of protection glass and 100% water proof design according to IP 67 minimum 06 Nos LED with minimum working hours 72-96 hours, view distance minimum 1000 mtr including 1.2 V Nical metal rechargeable battery to give back up for at least 3 days, as approved including fixed with epoxy complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing Solar road delineators made of MS pipe of 50 mm dia duly power coated anti- rust with anti theft mild steel net. Height not less than 700 mm Approx) including taking down of existing one and fixing new one with PCC block of required size in (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregates in foundation after excavation of required depth & size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair delineator of ABS round body fitting with 2 Nos 100 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated, anti rust & anti theft steel net fixed on 600 mm high pole with retro reflective tapes in red or yellow in color including fixing with PCC block of required size in (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregates in foundation after excavation of required depth & size complete all as specified and as directed.
