Supply only Hi-strength granular chlorination chemical based with CIAS (Corrosion Inhibitor & Anti-scalant) to be ratified by E-inC’s Branch, Dry, free flowing, consistent white granules (or powder) and without hard lumps or impurities should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as give in IS:10500:2012 in treated and disinfectant water, chlorine having minimum 55%-60% chlorine content by mass packed in 45Kgs PVC sealed container, 5-10 % moisture content, upto 4% Calcium Hydroxide, upto 15 % Sodium Chloride suitable for treatment of drinking water and swimming pool (Much more stable than chlorine gas, bleaching power and sodium hypochlorite) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Note:- (i) IV & RV shall be maintained for every consignment of the material supplied,and the same shall be entered in MB as not to Abstract, before making payment. (ii) The contractor shall produce manufacturers "Certificate of Compliance" indicating date of manufacturer in original alongwith every consignment of supply. (iii) Test certificate from Govt approved Test Laboratory, having NABL accreditation, shall accompany with every consignment of supply to ensure that the materials supplied are in with conformity with relevant IS.

Supply only Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) inorganic soluble polymer raw water flocculants powder in 25 Kg bags conforming to the following specifications: -(a) Bulk Density/specific Gravity at 20 Degree Celcius: 0.75 + 0.10 (b) PH Value of aqueous solution (w/v): 3.5 – 5.0 (1%)(c) Chloride content (w/w): 31.0% + 2.0%(d) Sulphate content: 10 % (Max)(e) Basicity: 40.0 + 5.0(f) Mercury & Lead: Not desirable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Plain Cement Conerete 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone agregate as in foundation/platform of pump set/pump panel & other works at different pump house complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Collection of 08 nos water samples ( RAW and Treated ) from 04 water supply installations ( Pump House No. 7,8,9 & 10 ) incl water treatment plant under GE Jorhat in a special sterilized container and submitting to test laboratory for Bacteriological/Chemical analysis as per IS code and obtain test result from lab incl submitting to Engineer-in-Charge as directed. Total 09 Nos of pump houses and 09 Nos samples in a month for testing of both Raw and treated water . Nature of Tests :- (NOTE: Testing shall be carried out at NTC/NEIST Jorhat or any other Govt approved laboratory with prior approval of GE)

Collection of 04 nos water samples (Treated ) from 04 water supply installations ( Pump House No. 7, 8, 9 & 10) incl water treatment plant under GE Jorhat in a special sterilized container and submitting to test laboratory for Lead analysis as per IS code and obtain test result from lab incl submitting to Engineer-in-Charge as directed. Total 09 Nos of pump houses and 09 Nos samples in a month for testing of treated water . Nature of Tests :- (NOTE: Testing shall be carried out at NTC/NEIST Jorhat or any other Govt approved laboratory with prior approval of GE)

Supply only Spiral Cap type pet sterile bottle made from BPA free material for taking samples of water all as specified & directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PE /FRP dozing tank of capacity 100 litres, 480 mm dia and 575 mm height with lid containing port hole for pouring chlorination chemical and water including provision for mounting arrangement for motor & dosing pump, solution level indication Gauge suitable for chemical dosing plant complete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of defective motor of capacity 1 HP, 415 Volt, 1440 RPM with gear assembly from chemical dozing system after disconnecting electric connection and servicing the motor & gear assembly for proper functioning including replacement of burnt copper winding, oiling and greasing etc, and refixing back in same position complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Spares such as NRV, Bearing, Rubber coupling will be deemed to be included in rate quoted against above item.

End connections: ½ inch ( before Geyser / Kitchen Tap ) Installing location: Vertical Spindle Environment: Cool dry place away from direct sunlight Backwash option: manual key all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing MS rolled sectioon as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E?165) etc including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs NRV assembly 20mm, PVC for inlet and outlet pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs GI steel water tubings , medium grade galvanised with all fittings 15 mm bore , fixed to wall/pole with suitable size of MS flat clamps all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trench in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 mtr width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out for taking up or laying water pipe line for soft / loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavating material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

S & F in repair for 32 x 25 mm brass threaded socket for 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes, SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: “If any above water supply and connected items become breakdown, the contractor shall take the problem/ fault at site within 12 hours on intimation by JE/ AGE and ensure that fault rectified within 24 to 48 hrs, failing which an amount of Rs 100/- per hours will be recovered as penal recovery from any payment due to the contractor after expiry of 48 hours. And also daily routine complaints to be done by the contractor. One FGM & One helper should be provided from 0900 AM to 0500 PM in complaint cell of water supply complaints”).

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
