Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, all kinds of soil /hard soil/Rocks.including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed.

P/L of dry stone soling duly hand packed including all carriages loading unloading complete job before laying of mud mate in trenches incl. all carriages of material involved & head load.

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cast of centering and shuttering: 1:4:8 (1 cement 4: coarse sand 8 graded stone crushed agg.40mm nominal size).

Providing/laying in position specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering – All work upto plinth level. (M-10 Mix) 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.)

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structures in 1:6 mix. Including Extra cost for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means)Including all carriages and Costs all complete job.

15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick walls of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

providing and fixing 3'' PVC pipe for weephole including cast of carriagr head load c.job

Chequerred precast cement concrete (rubber moulded) tile 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile size 300mmx300mm including rubbing and cleaning etc complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 course sand ).

Ornamantal M. steel work welded in built up sections, framed work in Gate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
