Providing of services for maintenance and operation of Central Water Supply Installation at Tech area comprising of various types of pump sets, Chloronome Plants, Underground Sumps, Overhead Tanks, Valves, Electrical Panels etc complete with one operator per shift of 08 hours (02 Shifts per day) including Sundays and Holidays including routine checks/maintenance of plants/machinery for proper and smooth functioning of entire installation and maintaining the log sheets and records as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All as per item No. 01 here-in-before but water supply installation at Officers Colony with one operator per shift of 08 hours (02 Shifts per day) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All as per item No. 01 here-in-before but Sewage Treatment Plant with one operator per shift of 08 hours (02 Shifts per day) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Details of plants/equipment to be operated and maintained under this item are as follows:- (i) Air Compressor 20 HP - 02 Nos (ii) Non Clog Submersible Pump Set 7.5 HP - 02 Nos (iii) Non Clog Submersible Pump Set 5 HP - 04 Nos (iv) Non Clog Submersible Pump Set 1 HP - 02 Nos (v) Monoblock Pumpset 5 HP- 02 Nos (vi) Monoblock Pumpset 1 HP- 02 Nos (vii) Open well Submersible Pump Set 10 HP -01 No. (viii)Sewage well Cum Pump House - 75000 Ltrs. Notes for Item No. 1 to 3: (a) Weekely off shall be given to each operator and a reliever should be provided during weekely off and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. (b) Necessary Tools, safety equipement, overall combination/ uniform, safety shoes and daily consumables such as grease, gland rope, cotton waste, Log Books & Records etc shall be provided to the workmen by contractor and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (c) Mobile phone to be provided to each installation for emergency communication to concerned JE/AGE. The same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift. Cost of mobile phone and Sim card to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him. (No smart phone/ camera phone is allowed inside the AF Campus for security point of view. Only simple basic phone shall have to be provided). Cost of regular recharge shall have to be borne by the contractor. The amount of recharge shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (d) All plants and machinery and surroundings of all the installations shall be kept neat and clean, equipment shall be wiped regularly and kept clean. The installation room floor and inside shall be kept neat and clean and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same.
