RequiredThe tenderer should have completed in its profile at least any Four projects of similar job in any District Development Authority in karnataka

RequiredThe tenderer should have minimum Rs.80.00lakh turnover in each year during the last 3 financial years. A Certified proof by Chartered Accountant has to be attached with the bid

RequiredThe tenderer must have ISO 9001 2015 Quality certificates for IT Enable Management Services and ISO 27001 2013 Information Security Management System

RequiredThe tenderer should have GST and should have fully operational office setup in Karnataka for last 3 years.

RequiredThe tenderer should not have been blacklisted/debarred by central/state Government departments/organizations. An affidavit to this affect should be submitted on Rs. 100 notarized stamp paper along with the technical bid.

RequiredThe tenderer should have at least 10 nos. of latest document scanners & Book Scanner Bookeye4 or latest which can scan upto A3 and above sized documents with minimum 300 dpi and upto 10,000 pages per day output capacity. Tenderers must have all necessary computer hardware for executing the work. Details and proof of purchase invoice /owning of scanners and computer equipment for completing the project shall be enclosed.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details for reference

Due to confidentiality of the documents, no outsourcing of the job in any kind would be allowed. Therefore the tenderer must have the own capacity to handle entire project without making any consortium or without outsourcing the work. No tenderer would further sublet the work allotted
