S&F grid false celiling in GI system power coated prelude main runner section 38x24x0.40mm, cross 'T' 28x24x0.40mm, wall angle 24x24x0.40mm and including providing and fixing 4mm thick non asbesetos fibre fire resistant cement building board with all finishes size 595x595mm fixed in ceiling frame work with all necessary hanging materials such as GI suspenders 'J' bolts, necessary washers, expansion holding fasteners etc for securing frame work to ceiling wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit point wiring from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1 : 3) or plaster of Peris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putty or white / colour wash complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Same board point wiring shall not be paid being including in board dismantling cost).

M & L for one light, fan, call bell concealed point wiring on wall and surface on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLSH insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including stove enamelled steel conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and modular white cover plate with frame for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLSH insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of paris/ Putty or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install commissioning and testing of commercial as new air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses ,three phase 440 volt 50 HZs made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minium thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coats of synthetic enamel paint (oven baked) with MS -CRCA 18 gauge square perforated suction grills , aluminium alloy fans and single phase electric motor nozzels etc complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1-1.5 M/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening in size (46" x 84" ) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted unit rate shall be included cost of making a hole in suitable size on surface of wall and carrying out 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) & finishing with two coats of distempering etc complete all as per existing finish at site.
