Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeter layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.10 meter thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 millimeter thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 millimeter, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Prov. Form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish i/c centring, shuttering , strutting & Propping etc. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concreter & plain concrete work in:-

Arches beyond 6.00 mtrs. Span

Providing in R.C.C. work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement:Three Sand) in bottom dome within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 2 :4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in

In suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, resumes and cantilever up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Arches upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (labour rate)

Steel work welded in built-up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting housting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings, framed guard bars, ladders, railngs, brackets and similarswork within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Laying and jointing in trenches galvanized mild steel tube, tube fitting (light grade) (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately ) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge of the following nominal bores.

Providing & fixing of Cast Iron Sluice Valve without flange of following dia Class PN 1.6 including cost of rubber inspection washer ( Gasket ) etc. open end with hand wheel confirming to IS: 14846 having test pressure of 10.20 Kg/Sqcm of leader/Kirloskar make complete in all respect.within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge of the following nominal bores.

65 mm dia nominal bore.

Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia.,160 mm bottom dia. & 180 mm deep(inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 mix (1cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete. 600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2 :4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres bith way within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
