M&L joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm screed bed or bedding layer CM (1:6) & pointd in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, set & Jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm screed bed or bedding layer CM (1:4) & pointed in colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
