SR HL bridge over Gadiajore nallah on Tureikela to Badbanki road such as Painting of Bridge repair of Approach Fix of Guard stone ,Board under Tureikela Block for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs saplings and trees girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unservicable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 mtr including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness.

Coment concrete (1:1.5:3) using 20mm down graded chips including hoisting, laying etc complete .

Providing and applying two coats of Enamel paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 2 Sqm

Rough stone dry packing in approns & revetments with h.g. stone boulder etc.

Providing,fixing R.C.C guard post on approach Road using 7.50 kg steel in each guard post etc complete

Providing , laying,spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade & camber etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and apppying Primer coat with bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.60kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH specification CL-502.

Providing and apppying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.40kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH specification CL-503.

Providing 20 mm thick primix carpet over prepared surface using a total quantity of 0.23 cum of 12 mm to 6 mm chips with 1.59 kg of bitumen for 0.028 cum of chips and tack coat of 9.07 kg of 80/100 grade bitumen per 10 sqm and compacting with 8T-10T power roller etc complete.

Providing an laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6mm size chips and down graded as per sieve aalysis and 6.8Kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixer, tar boiler with cost, conveyance, royality of materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads & lifts , transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5KMs spreading, grading to required slope & compoacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSTRH Specification for Roads & Bridge works (4th Revision )

Providing & laying good quality of moorum in sub-base in layers not exceding 22.5 cm watering and compaction including hire and running charges of PRR etc complete
