Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density . Providing and Laying Applying tack coat on the prepared Surface with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen perusser distributer and spraying on bitumen boiler including cleaning, preparing the existing roads surface as per specification at the rate of 0.25 Kg per sqm (MORTH-503(b)/AR/YEIDA)

Close Graded Premix Surfacing/Mixed Seal Surfacing, Mechanical means using HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour. Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-a) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-b) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.
