Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm for exc 50mm and n. exc. 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), of granite trap or basalt, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but except material. Note :- Serviceable stone aggregate obtain from respective item will be used.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.00 Sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on WBM surface and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 75mm thick) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen any penetration using VG 30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm on old black top surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L bituminous premixed asphaltic dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30, 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tendom vibratory steel wheel, Static steel wheel rollers min capacity 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stainless steel Road sign board both sides comprising of the followings:- (a) Two Nos of Stainless Steel Pipe 50mm Heavy gde of length 2100mm incl top fancy cap and at bottom four no. of anchors for embedding in PCC. (b) Stainless Steel 25mm Square Pipe frame of size 1200mmx750mm rectangular or triangular at one side welded butt and bright finished fixed to SS pipe with stainless steel Cup Head Screw of suitable Size. (c) Providing 2mm thick anodised aluminium sheet of size 1200mmx750mm fixed with SS scerw to SS Square tube complete. (d) Complete layering of any Colour retro reflective Poly carbonate trimethane sheet cut to shape and fixed over base plate as per IRC-67-1977 of any colour complete all as specified and directed Make 3M/gogiaplastic as approved by Engr-in-chare) (e) Providing of 25mm wide retro reflective Poly carbonate white Bordar retro reflective Poly carbonate sheet all around complete. (f) S & F of retro reflective Poly carbonate trimethane sheet letters / sign/arrow etc cut to shape and fixed over base plate as per IRC-67-1977 of any colour of 150mm height complete all as specified and directed Make 3M/gogiaplastic as approved by Engr-in-chare Note – Road sign board work shall be executed as specified.

S&F in repair solar stud aluminium alloy solar powered by monocrystal star panel (2.4V/1600MA) LED 10mm total 6 piece of 3 in each side view distance 1000mtr 12 hour continious lightning at night and poly carbonated 6 LED FLAT BASE in colour yellow/red including required adhesive for fixing arrangments complete all as specified and directed. Make- TATA Solar/BP or 3M.

M&L for cleaning old dirt, oil/grease spots and foreign materials etc from road surface and applying 2.0mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved having clear and sharp edgs over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer marking proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed . Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger Paints. Note Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeniously composed of pigment resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as perr MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS.

M&L for providing and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade precast cement concrete/stone laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making the joint with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm)including making drainage opening where ever required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge . Note (i) Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment (ii) precast CC kerb shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subase of floor, including necessay form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick M-40 grade factory made rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block in approved design and colour, conforming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. (Note - sand measured and paid seperatly).

Supply only Sand for filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L for painting of two coats synthetic enemal paint over kerb stone in white/yellow/black shades including priming coat and cleaning/preparation of the surface laid as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge
